Ordered 2 ski sets (bindings fitted) & ski bag, great service from start to end. Really impressed, packaging perfect, bindings perfect. Can't fault this company, nice to get what you ordered arrive in one piece & on time in the lead time the company stated. I would definetly recommend this company if you are looking to buy new ski gear of any type. Very happy.

No attempt to safeguard the skis in transport . Visible scuff marks from shipping , giving them a somewhat used appearance . Skis are decent and arrived quickly with a great price cut .

Enjoy the product (La Plagne 3D mountains), but disappointed as the pictures showed it within a frame, which wasn't part of the package. I'm sure there might be small print mentioning this, but it could be more obvious to prevent others from making the same mistake. Considering there was no frame included, I found it pricey at £50 for the picture and £20 for postage.

I haven't got my order yet, and there's been no communication about it. It's coming too late, and I might have to send it back, if it shows up at all. If you can't deliver on time, maybe don't advertise in the UK.

Dreadful experience with Glisshop. The website is an inaccessible nightmare, and contacting their support only adds to the frustration. Despite numerous emails and calls detailing my inability to access the site, their sole suggestion is to go online – an irony lost on them. Three days wasted, no resolution in sight. Returning an erroneously sent item seems impossible, raising suspicions about their customer-unfriendly approach. Steer clear of Glisshop to save yourself from this exasperating ordeal.

sent a pair of ski boots back under… sent a pair of ski boots back under warranty, they failed to tell us to put 3 copies of the invoice on the outside of the package , the parcel was to be returned to us by ups but followed the tracking number everyday until it turned out the parcel had been left unattended on the front of our house 10 days previous. glisshop now gone aloof and saying they are trying to get ups to agree a claim etc, no customer service no thoughts about me not having any boots to go skiing with , this company is a joke , court proceedings to follow

Finding this policy exorbitant, as the item remained completely unused, it left me dissatisfied with the return process. This unexpected charge for returning an unaltered product seemed unfair and impacted my overall experience negatively.
