I ordered a Man City 98-99 home shirt in a small on the 20th of May it’s been 10 days I've not received any info on whether it’s been shipped, in transit etc. I’m wondering if it’s legit or not. I’ve also not received a tracking number although I have order number.

Communication was decent. Had a bit of trouble with delivery tracking due to the wrong postal service being used for Canada. Gave 3 stars mainly because the shirt's coloring was slightly off. Maybe simpler colors would've been better to get right. I waited to see if the company would respond to my feedback but haven't heard back since sending the photo. Generally, if you receive the correct shirt, it arrives on time and is of good quality. Just disappointed with mine.

I noticed some not-so-great reviews about the company, mostly complaining about the wait times and quality. Honestly, I find these complaints a bit silly because if you bother to read, it clearly states that the jerseys could take 7-21 business days. I purchased 3 jerseys, and they're all in great condition, looking just like the real deal. The package arrived exactly as promised. Overall, pretty good, and I'd recommend it.

Placed an order on january 29th, and it's still nowhere to be seen! Not even sent out yet. Lost £50, and my birthday plans are ruined. No idea when or what I'll get. It seems they grab your cash and send it off to some small kid in China to make, or they go hungry. Save your money, bros – these folks are rip-off artists.

The website delivered on its promises, even though the delivery took longer, which was expected. I purchased a discounted Arsenal shirt labeled as "uncommon," and it arrived approximately three weeks later. Considering I'm an international customer, the additional time for shipping didn't feel burdensome, and the order was promptly processed. Plus, the fact that shipping was free was a positive aspect. The quality of the jersey exceeded my expectations, and I'm very satisfied with it. However, there was a hiccup when it came to tracking the shipment. The Royal Mail tracking number didn't update after more than five business days, which seemed odd. Contacting customer support was a good experience; they responded quickly and assured me of the progress on their end. After a few days with no update from Royal Mail, I tried a different approach by using a site that aggregates various shipping companies' search engines. Surprisingly, I found out that the jersey was being handled by China Post, not Royal Mail. This raised questions about why Royal Mail was indicated for shipment and why customer support didn't guide me to the correct site. Perhaps it's a standard practice that hasn't been adjusted for international customers. I'd recommend the site to enhance transparency in shipment tracking to alleviate concerns for customers like me. The website's goal of revolutionizing the market for retro jerseys is commendable, and they have succeeded in achieving that. Despite my questions about the shipping process, I'm willing to pay extra for their specialized service.
