We found ourselves in a tough spot at Buffalo airport when our flight was canceled. Reaching out to Mike at FlynFare, he helped us secure a new flight to Washington at a lower price with SouthWest airlines. As visitors from the UK, we only had access to airport WiFi, so Mike added us to a WhatsApp chat and called to go over everything. Dealing with a foreign company made us a bit anxious, but Mike guided us through each step, issued our tickets, and even made sure we got through security without any troubles.

They deleted my booking without telling me!!!! only found out at check-in counter!!! then tried to say it was becuse of cc fraud, even tho i had approved the payment myself and got email about it. But somehow they still called to say my flight was late by 4-5 hrs, even tho the airline site said it was on time. Then they wanted to change my departure to another state... Felt weird right away when they suddenly replaced my United flights with Spirit.

SCAM! They are SCAMMERS, do not fall for it!

Please, do not book! They are scammers. I repeat: do not book! They first lure you in with cheap airfare on their website and allow you to make a reservation. Then, they call you to say the reservation hasn’t been confirmed and claim you’re on standby because the flight is full. They go on to say they will find another flight at a similar price, but then ask you to pay a different amount. They send you an email asking you to confirm the charge and reply to it. After that, they falsely promise that you’ll receive your flight itinerary within 4 hours or less—but that never happens. They never send you any itinerary. They stop answering your calls and may even block your number if you keep trying to reach them. I even contacted the airline directly to check whether they were a verified third-party agent and to confirm if I had a reservation. The airline confirmed it was a scam and advised me to report it to my bank immediately. I have reported the incident to my bank and will be filling a police report. All the positive reviews are fake and generated by the scammers themselves. Do not believe the comments. Do not book. They are not a legitimate third-party agency. They are scammers who will steal your money and your card information.

Bad Experience

I tried this site for the 1st time to get a good rate on a flight to Atlanta for a last minute trip. It was a horrible experience where the booking kept on getting switched for me. I got bumped from one Airlines to another and had a hard time with getting conformation. I would have to constantly call to try and find the information needed to confirm my booking. The process whas horrible both ways of flying. On flight back get to airport and learning even thought paid for flight they left a balance and Airlines was going to charge difference. When I called back to let them know they switched me to a different airline and that change made me take a flight that had a layover in another city before needed to come back down again passing same airport I left from. I would never use this site again it as it is horrible experience and so unreliable. The customer service is even worse to reach someone and never had a site where you reach out to them on WhatsApp. If you want to use a flight site dont use this service if you want to be stranded or not able to get people on the phone.

This company is a Scammer

This company is most definitely scamming people. I booked a ticket from them a couple of weeks before my departure and made all my arrangements for being picked up, etc, at my destination. It was a cheap ticket only costing $49.00 . 5 days before my flight, I received an email stating for me to get in contact with them. I called, and they informed me that the flight I had booked was no longer available. And asked why I was not informed earlier. They claimed they called, a few times which they did not. They informed me that they had another flight available for over $200.00, which was outrageous considering I had already made all my connections after I arrived. which now was more expensive and the time of departure was totally not working for me. After I hung up, I looked at more flights myself and found the same flight they just told me was not available,now available again. They were counting on me at short notice to accept the high price for the now new ticket. So this was most definitely a scam.

Worst experience ever

By far the absolute worst experience I've ever had in all of my times booking airfare. It started when they raised the rate I booked from $140 to $440. Then they continued giving me problems after that. The airline didn't have my flight listed when I tried to check in. They said the third party sight I used for booking did not confirm my reservation and canceled the flight. When I called flynfare they were not open. I had to book another flight for my teenager so she could make it home. I had to argue with flynfare why they should give me my money back. They treated me like absolute crap for wanting the money back because of their mistakes. They did not want to pay me back. Eventually they did but it was definitely not worth the hassle. Unless you like undue stress.

SCAM

SCAM!!! SCAM!!! DO NOT USE FLYNFARE! Bait and switch! I bought a cheap fare, got an itinerary, and was all set to fly until I learned I was not issued a flight. I called FLYNFARE and they said they could not honor the flight price they booked me. Wait...what? They said there were no guarantees as stated in their terms and conditions. Wait...what? They then proceeded to try to sell me a ticket 3 times the original price. I said no and they said they already had my agreement per the terms and conditions. Wait...what? I told them no way and called the airline to rebook the trip a day later at higher priced due to this company! THEY SPEAK POOR ENGLISH!

Switch & Bait Business Model

They do NOT follow up as stated in their email, 4 days you email them to ask what is going on. Another value delayed response. You make a call, several calls then put on hold for 30 minutes., and hang up Call back and now they will respond and the Ori booking is over booked, they look for another booking and it is now double or triple the cost of the original booking and you are now between a rock and hard space, they promise to lower the price go off and "renegotiate it" it's still double. They make money on this extra by the switch n bait.

I was looking for prices to go to Atlanta from Orlando, I got this website and I got the ticket, when I went to the airport all was good until the moment for BOARDING they call me… they said the “agency” call and cancel the flights! I had my daughter in a comcert in Atlanta… and I would not be there for this company, I trust them for a moment and I was super happy until the last moment, I cant belive that I fall in this… you dont want to be in my shoes now for this dont trust them at all

Als 65 plusser ben ik voor 4 reizen benadeeld en geen reis en kopercent teruggekregen. Door goede recensies te laten schrijven houden zij de schone schijn op. Goede opgeleide dames die weten hoe zij moeten oplichten. Een leerschool van "rechten"doorlopen. Afschuwelijk dat de Nederlandse staat dit toelaat.

Booked what seemed like a reasonably priced flight with this company, only to receive a call shortly after stating the initial price was no longer valid. Instead, they offered a new flight at an exorbitant fivefold increase, complete with multiple stops, turning my 2.5-hour journey into a 9-hour ordeal at a significantly higher cost. A classic bait-and-switch scenario that left me thoroughly dissatisfied with their business practices.

It was the worst experience, do not buy from this site, they sell you promotions and after you have done it they tell you that it is no longer available, that the airline changed the price, they give you options paying up to 200 dollars more and if you do not accept you lose your money, apart from how rude they are when you ask for your money back. DO NOT BUY here, you will only lose your money.

Total scam

I ordered my tickets and they would not send me my e tickets and when I called to get them then they put me on hold and then dropped my call. When I tried to call back they blocked my call then I called from a different number and they hung-up on me and blocked that number. My ticket were supposed to be with delta but my card was charged by south west but south west could not find anything.

ITS A SCAM

Will take your money and scam you. They sent me boarding passes but I wasn’t allowed on the plane due to “fraudulent credit card use” to pay for it. I then couldn’t fly home and owed Southwest an additional $500 just to get on the only option home the following day. They also still have not sent me my refund. STAY AWAY

Flynfare scam

Flynfare is a complete scam. I bought a plane ticket from them, and when I went to check in on their website, I realized that the reservation doesn't exist, and they charged my card the full amount. Their customer service is a nightmare; no one responds. Please, don't even think about booking with them.
