    I guess sometimes you just get that odd one out

    I got these pants in XL, hoping they'd be perfect like the other three pairs I’ve bought before. They're usually great, making me look and feel awesome. But this time, the fit was off—waist was fine, but the legs felt all wrong. It’s kinda weird since I’ve never had this issue before. Anyway, I'm returning them for a Large and hoping they'll fit just right. It's a bit annoying, but I still love these pants overall. They usually nail the fit and style, so I'm giving them another shot. I guess sometimes you just get that odd one out.

    I got these jeans and they fit perfectly, just like the size chart said. Love how they look and feel. But, ugh, the delivery was such a hassle! Took way longer than expected, which was super annoying. Anyway, I need to exchange them for a different color, so fingers crossed that goes smoothly next week. We'll see how it goes.     Ordered some stuff and they’re awesome, but the wait was a drag—nearly four weeks! Probably the weather's fault, but still. Would totally order again though. The quality is solid, and everything looks just like the pictures. Only issue is I’m super short, like 5 feet, and got a bit of a belly. The pants are way too long, so I gotta get them hemmed.     I gotta tell you about my recent shopping mishap. Ordered some pants online, thinking they'd be perfect. They looked great in the pics, all "stretchy" and comfy, right? Wrong!     I thought I'd try out this new brand everyone was talking about. Ordered a pair of jeans, but the size was all wrong. It's been 10 days, and I'm still waiting for my refund. Meanwhile, I decided to get another pair, thinking maybe the first one was a fluke. Ordered on May 12th, and it's been 8 days—still stuck overseas somewhere. The quality of the jeans?     I've been waiting forever for my jeans. I’ve asked twice now why they haven’t been sent. First, they said I'd get tracking in 1-3 days, then the email said 4-7 days. Their order status says 24-72 hours for tracking, but it's been way more than 72 hours. Sent another update request and they told me I'd get a response in 24 hours, and to watch out for scams??? Why are they warning me about scams in an email? I just want my jeans. It’s frustrating they took my money but can’t give me updates or tell me when I’ll actually get my order.

    I’m never buying from them again!

    Ordered from this place a few times and usually loved the stuff. This time, though, I got two pairs of shorts and needed to return one. Their policy says they'll reply within 24 hours when you request a return. It's been since Monday, February 24, and all I've gotten is them asking for more info, which I gave them already. I mentioned in every request that I wanted to return a pair of shorts! Sent four requests now and they keep asking the same questions—if I’m returning or exchanging and what item it is. Now it's almost Saturday, March 1, and my 7-day return window is closing. After that, I'm stuck with these shorts! Their customer service is a joke and I’m never buying from them again!

    Returning something to this company is a bit of a nightmare. I had to send back a pair of jeans and it was such a hassle. First, I had to email them within a week just to start the process.     Ordered something back on December 11th, 2024 and never got it. Reached out to customer service and they said it was delivered but I never saw it. No one around me got it either. Told them, and they offered to resend it. Gave them another shot, still nothing. Now they’re saying they’ll only refund 70% because of shipping costs. If I’d gotten my order, no problem with the shipping cost, right? But here I am, out of luck and money. Also, heads up, their site shows up as coatpop.com too. Pretty frustrating experience, and I bet I’m not the only one dealing with this mess.

    Last year, I ordered something

    Last year, I ordered something and paid for it, but I'm still waiting for it to show up. It's been months, and I've emailed them a few times with my order number, hoping for some response, but nothing. At this point, I'm just really frustrated. Sixty bucks isn't a small amount to just disappear into thin air. I just want my money back.     Ordered back in early December, got a notification it was delivered mid-January. But it wasn’t delivered to me. Reached out to customer service to figure out who the carrier was. Asked three times, never got an answer. They promised to rush out a replacement order. Just got another notice saying it was delivered. Guess what? Still didn’t show up at my place. No idea where it went or who delivered it. This has been a nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this company at all.
