When I started following Elina on Instagram, I was at my lowest point, both physically and emotionally. I felt tired all the time and my confidence was completely gone. I watched her for a few months before I finally decided to take a step and join her end of summer shape-up challenge. Working with her has changed my life and mindset completely. Thanks to her, I was able to stop my unhealthy habits with food, stress eating, and overall bad lifestyle. It's been 2 months of coaching now, and I’ve dropped 15 lb and 8.2% of body fat. My energy has improved, my metabolism is working better, and I feel way more positive about my body and myself. The past 2 months were tough for me. Overcoming anxiety, stress, binge eating, and bad habits was not easy. But I couldn’t have done it without Elina’s help. Her motivation and support through emails, calls, and face-to-face conversations meant a lot! By following her advice, I’ve learned how to plan my meals and make healthier choices, even at restaurants or parties. Her method is simple to follow. I’m really glad I met this wonderful woman, coach, and role model.
