This bussiness seems unreliable.

This bussiness seems unreliable. There is no way to log in and check your booking, no email with payment details or tickets. The phone numbers dont connect. I got an email with a reservation code, but when I reached out, they tried to add extra fees and said the flight was gone. Talked to a manager named “Al” who couldn’t give any proper booking details. Had to block my card and call my bank, and they also said this company looks suspicious.

We had a really bad experience.

We had a really bad experience. The airline booked our flight wrong, so we had to buy another ticket to get home. Our trip cost twice as much and they first offered only 35% back. In the end we got 50% back, which still isn’t fair because it was their mistake, not ours. A mistake we could not afford, but we ended up paying for it anyay.

Fsreshope are Frauds

I won't advise anyone to book with them. I purchased a round trip ticket through them they took my money and issued the ticket for the departure and waited till 8 hrs before the return flight to indicate that they don't have a confirmation ticket for me. Which means that I cannot get to where I was going to have surgery. I paid for an additional flight , money gone. I will be charged for missing appointment, parking fees gone and all they want to give me is a partial refund or charge me additional twice as much as my total ticket cost at my expense. This company is a bait and switch company which is totally incompetent and fraudulent. I will advise anyone to look elsewhere for airline flights. If I could give negative stars they would get negative 5. They are also liars telling me the airline cancelled the flight, but not knowing that I spoke to the airline before calling them.they are dishonest, liars, frauds, thieves and do not care about traveling public.

Fareshope is dishonest and unreliable. I tried to reach KLM and accidentally contacted them, thinking it was the real customer service. They told me I needed to pay 120 USD to get a refund. When they sent me the link I noticed fareshope and realized it was not KLM’s official support. Later, KLM confirmed that Fareshope has no link with them and my ticket could not be refunded. This company acts like the airline and wants to take fake cancellation fees. Be careful – do not trust them. It is a classic trick and swtich.
