When I called the dispatcher, he got hostile and threatened I'd lose my deposit unless I signed an NDA. Their customer support was dismissive, telling us to handle things ourselves because they were too busy. They didn't coordinate with the movers at all, leading to a scheduling mess. After the move, they tried to charge us an extra $2000 for things that weren't our fault. This contradicts their claims of “Transparent Pricing” and “No Hidden Fees” on their website. Continental is the way to go!
