Spent a lot on the master mod and tactile triggers

Spent a lot on the master mod and tactile triggers, but had a hard time understanding the master mod settings. Decided to swap it for a rapid fire mod and paid extra for rush shipping both ways. Contacted their team multiple times but the replies were slow and felt like they were barely answering my questions. After a month, they finally said the controller would be shipped, but it took another week before it was actually sent. The way this was handled leaves me doubting I’ll go back to them in the futre.

    I received my controller quickly.

I received my controller quickly. However, I was let down after just 5 months of use when I noticed the stick sway. Luckily, I had purchased the warranty, but I would have been really upset if I hadn't, especially since it's priced at almost $300!

    I spent $300 on a custom controller

I spent $300 on a custom controller, and right from the start, the triggers didn’t work right. I figured it wasn’t a huge problem since I had bought a 2-year warranty. Turns out, that warranty doesn’t mean anything. I sent the controller in to fix the triggers, but when it came back, it didn’t work at all. I reached out to them, and all I got was “it’s your fault, there’s nothing wrong with it.” Don’t make the same mistake—stay away from this company unless you enjoy wasting your money.

This is my second controller from Evil.

This is my second controller from Evil. The first one was fine, held up for nearly 6k hours of gaming. I got another one after the first broke. This one feels different. It seems light, and the buttons give a sense that they might snap. The sticks are bad; I thought they were supposed to be precise but they're just standard ps4 sticks. I have tried many times to reach them but never got a reply. I spent 200 dollars for what feels like a cheap ps4 controller...not again.

This company makes the most terrible modded controllers

This company makes the most terrible modded controllers 😂 I got one controller and after just 15 min, one of the buttons got stuck so I had to return it. They fixed it, but now the controller won't even charge! Seriously, don't buy from them! Such a poor business model—why can't you leave reviews on Google about them? It's like they know they produce junk, so why let anyone talk about it lol.
