Rented a van in May and had a mishap with it.

Rented a van in May and had a mishap with it. I had paid for excess protection, so they kept my £250 deposit and said there was nothing else I owed. Since then, they have chased me 3 times for £200, each time saying it was an error. Five months later, they contacted me again a few days ago for payment, then called back, saying it was their mistake and no further steps needed. Just a day after that, they’re now threatening legal action despite having my money all this time. Really doesn’t seem logical at all.

This company once valued customer service

This company once valued customer service, but now it feels like they couldn't care less. I notice low employee morale and apathy. They no longer respect loyal clients. Employees blame their St. Louis head office for crazy policy changes that harm loyal clients. Don't expect to get your rental car without some ridiculous mistake on your booking or some "new policy" issue.

Missed paying the dart charge and told

Missed paying the dart charge and told Enterprise by email a few days later. Two months later, I got a citation notice from them, which made me pay a £215 fine instead of the £75 it should have been. Now, Enterprise charged me £70 for admin work. So now, I’m out £280 due to their poor handling and system!

Customer support for an international car rental company having 9-5

Customer support for an international car rental company having 9-5 hours is absurd. They promise services like advance check-in but can't deliver. Technical and administrative-wise, they fall short and charge more than others. Bad for business travel.
