I got my ESA letter
I got my ESA letter pretty fast, in like, 24-48 hours, which was great. But, man, trying to get in touch with someone for support was a real hassle. There's no contact number, just a message form on their site, and it's been nearly two weeks with no response. We were moving into a new apartment, and the therapist info on the letter was useless. Neither me nor the apartment team could reach the therapist, Rebecca Watson, by phone, email, or text. We couldn't even verify the ESA letter through the required form sent to the provided email. I’m disappointed with the lack of communication and service. If I had known, I'd have gone with another provider. Definitely won’t be recommending Emotional Pet Support.
