I had to deal with this company a lot, exchanging 46 emails back and forth, just trying to get some help. Needed to replace a wheel sensor and thought the manual I downloaded would help. Checked my VIN and everything. But the info was all wrong. The description and illustration in the manual were nothing like what was actually on my vehicle. Felt like I was going in circles with no real solution. It's been super frustrating, and my car is still not fixed. Just wanted a straightforward repair, but it turned into a huge hassle. Not happy with how this turned out at all.

I want to share my experience with this company and warn everyone. I fell for their "3-day free trial" offer, but they charged me $99 right away. When I tried to get a refund, they flat out refused. This kind of practice feels really shady to me. I even reported them to the police and my credit card company. On top of that, the manuals they provide are terrible. Many of them are just the same thing with different titles. It's like they're trying to trick you. If you need a manual, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. This company is not worth the hassle. Just got the "2002-2006 Fiat Ducato Service & Repair Manual" and honestly, it's a mess. Trying to follow the instructions is like pulling teeth, they barely give you any detail on how to do stuff.
