Ordered the wrong manual by mistake, my bad. Sent them an email, hoping for an exchange. To my surprise, they replied quickly and gave me a new link without any hassle. Honestly, wasn't expecting such smooth customer service, it's rare to find nowadays. Feels good to know they got my back. Will be ordering again for sure.

I got this manual and downloading it was a breeze, honestly. The information inside is top-notch. I had to replace both my timing and serpentine belts, plus all the pulleys and a new water pump. This manual was a lifesaver, with all the torque values and really detailed diagrams. Made the job way easier than I expected.

    I was having trouble with

I was having trouble with a file, and it took quite a few emails and a remote session to sort it out. The team was super responsive, though, and really stuck with me until everything was fixed. They quickly understood what was wrong and didn't hesitate to resend the file I needed. Throughout the process, they kept me in the loop, making sure I knew what was happening. It felt like they genuinely cared about solving my issue. Even though it took some back-and-forth to get to the bottom of it, their dedication and willingness to help made a big difference. I really appreciated their patience and persistence in making sure everything was sorted out properly.

    Super support

So, I ordered this auto repair manual online, expecting it to just pop up on my computer, but surprise—couldn't open it! Reached out to support, and it took a bit, like four hours, before they got back to me. Once they did, we spent a solid hour troubleshooting. It felt like forever, but the agent was super helpful, sticking with me till we cracked it. Turns out, switching the file to a PDF was the magic trick. Really appreciated the persistence and patience of the support team. Honestly, the agent deserves a shoutout for not giving up and making sure it all worked in the end. Great experience overall, even if it was a bit of a hassle at first.

Got my hands on the workshop

Got my hands on the workshop manual for my Honda Civic VIII and was really let down. Felt like I was dealing with the overcomplicated mess I saw in the BMW E36 and E46 manuals. I’ve been working with tractors for decades, and their manuals are so straightforward. But this “VIRTUAL BOX” concept? It’s like tech folks are just trying to make things harder than they need to be. However, the support team really came through for me. They sent me a PDF version of the manual over the weekend, even on a Sunday. That’s the kind of service that deserves praise. Still, they need to keep things simple. Complicating easy stuff isn’t cool.

    Downloading and reading the manual

Downloading and reading the manual was a bit tricky at first, and I wasn't sure what to do. The instructions were a little confusing, and I struggled to figure out the process on my own. But then, I reached out to their support team, and they were super helpful. They really took the time to walk me through it and made sure I got everything sorted out. Turns out, the product wasn't compatible with my new Mac, but the support team came up with a clever workaround. Thanks to them, I was finally able to access the manual without any more hassle. It was a bit of a journey, but their support really made a difference!

    I bought a service

I recently bought a service manual for my Jeep Wrangler, thinking it would cover everything from 2007 to 2011. But when I got it, I noticed it didn't have the 2011 model's body build info. I was a bit confused at first, so I reached out to them. After a few emails back and forth, they were really helpful and quickly sent me the right information for the 2011-2012 models. It was a bit of a hassle initially, but they made it right in the end. Now I've got everything I need for my Jeep, and it feels good knowing they cared enough to fix the issue. It's nice when companies actually help out like that.

    Definitely appreciated their support

So, I ordered a manual for my 2003 Yamaha 150, thinking it'd be a breeze. But when it arrived, it just didn't hit the mark—it wasn't what I'd call a proper service manual. I was pretty bummed about it. But then, in the middle of the night, I reached out to the support team at emanualonline. To my surprise, they got back to me almost instantly! Within half an hour, they sent me an updated version that was spot on. It was exactly what I needed. Even though the initial manual wasn't great, their quick and helpful response made up for it. Definitely appreciated their support at such an odd hour!

    No worries there!

I own a 2009 Volvo S80, and being a DIY enthusiast, I decided to buy some info with part numbers and tightening torque details for some repairs. But, honestly, I struggled to make sense of it all. So, I reached out to emanualonline for some remote help. Their support was top-notch! They even sent me an email with clear explanations and pictures when we hit a language bump since I'm Korean. It really helped bridge the gap. If you're on the fence about getting something from emanualonline, I'd say go for it. They’ve got your back, and their support is really impressive. No worries there!

    Got the Audi Q7 Service

Got the Audi Q7 Service & Repair Manual Software for what I thought was a steal. Took a bit of effort to get it running on my Windows 7 Pro using Oracle VirtualBox, but the surprise was it also covers our Q5 and my old Allroad! Seems like it's the same manual Audi techs used before the newer versions came out. Couldn't print or PDF the pages directly, but managed to copy-paste to a Word doc, then print them from my Windows 11 desktop. For less than CAN$30, including Hosted Protection, this was a fantastic deal!

I initially got an OVA file which needed a 'virtual computer' with Windows 7. Not ideal. I reached out to eManualOnline about the issue. They responded fast and sent me a PDF version instead. The PDF seems to have all the same info as the OVA file (ISTA). Now I can open it on any device, anytime. Really happy with how they handled my problem.

I ordered a manual for my BMW F40 M135i, thinking it would be a breeze. Got the file, and bam, 36GB! Had to use VM Virtual Box to open it, but it defaults to my C Drive and eats up all my space. No way to change it. Viewing and printing the manual the way I wanted? Forget it. Customer service folks were super patient and tried everything to help. They did manage to find a workaround so I could at least see the manual, though it's a bit clunky. The real issue isn't eManualOnline but the software needed to open the files. Asked for a refund, got turned down. Not the best move if you care about keeping customers happy.

    I bought a manual

I bought a manual from this site, thinking it was a generic one that would fit my needs. Turns out, it's actually model-specific. After paying, I realized I got the wrong manual and there's no way to get my money back. It feels a bit sneaky to be honest. If you happen to get the right manual, it might be useful, but for me, it was a waste of £20. I'd rather have spent that money on something enjoyable like a few beers. Just be cautious if you're considering purchasing from here.

    I bought a manual from

I bought a manual from eManualOnline after asking if it was an OEM manual. They assured me it was, so I went ahead with the purchase. When it arrived, it turned out to be a third-party manual, not what they promised. I reached out for a refund, but they flat out refused. I kept asking for my money back because they sold me something that didn't match their description, but they just ignored me. Now, I'm stuck hoping the dispute resolution will side with me. This whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying from them unless you want to risk getting the wrong product and no support.

Total waste of time and money

I recently tried buying a manual online, thinking I'd get something useful. Instead, what I got was a big disappointment. The description mentioned a "Parts list," but all I received were a few useless HTML links that led nowhere. It's like they just threw some stuff together and called it a day. When I asked for a refund, they flat-out refused. The whole experience just felt like a trick, and now I'm stuck dealing with this mess. I've decided to take it up with my credit card company because this is just not right. Honestly, it's been such a hassle and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Total waste of time and money.

Bought this manual online, hoping to use it on my phone. Big mistake. Turns out, it only works on a computer, which wasn't clear at all when I made the purchase. I reached out to customer support, explaining that if I'd known it was computer-only, I wouldn't have bought it. They just pointed to some tech jargon on their site, saying it's an .OVA file. Seriously? Who even knows what that means without a tech degree? The reviews say it's good, but I'm not convinced. If you're planning to use it on your phone, steer clear. The site doesn’t make it obvious, and the customer service isn’t helpful. Feels like a big letdown.

    I needed a manual for

I needed a manual for my Mercedes, and it was a nightmare. Paid for it, and what I got was not what was described – some useless ova file. Tried again for my Opel, thinking it was a fluke. Bought two manuals, one for my PC and a PDF for my phone. Paid over $70, and again, only the ova file was available. No PDF, nothing. Contacted support, and they told me there was no PDF for my car, just the ova file. Why sell something that doesn’t exist? After several emails, they refunded me for the non-existent PDF, but I'm left with a file I can’t even use. This seems to be a pattern. Avoid this site like the plague.

Bought a manual for my John Deere garden tractor, expecting a full guide on service and repair. The ad promised a digital version covering everything for the X495/X595 models. When I opened it, sure, there was a lot on repairs, but zilch on servicing. Contacted the company to see what's up, and their response? Basically, "That's what we got from John Deere, so that's what you get." The manual's labeled "Technical Manual," which was a bit misleading. Being in the UK, and with the purchase made in the USA, I'm not pursuing it further. But a heads-up to folks: their customer service could use some work.

    So frustrating

I recently had a frustrating experience with Emanuals. I bought a document that was supposed to have everything I needed, but it turned out to be completely mislabeled. The content was nothing like what they promised. I reached out to their customer service, hoping they could fix it. They did try to offer me the right manual, but things went south, and they didn’t deliver on that either. What’s worse, they refused to give me a refund. I mean, it’s just not right. After this whole ordeal, I’ve decided that I won’t be buying anything from them again. It's just too much hassle and disappointment.
