I bought the eight sleep pod, but due to a tech issue during setup, I ended up with an extra membership that wasn’t needed. I canceled it following customer service’s advice. Returned the pod within 30 days since it didn’t work as promised. I was drawn in by the hype and endorsements. They refunded the mattress but won’t give back the $200 - $300 for the membership, saying it was my mistake and they can’t refund it. Now I have a canceled membership for a product I no longer have. My eight sleep pod review for 2024: Save your money. The sleep didn’t get better; it actually got worse. The app is simple and doesn’t do much. You’d expect more smart features for the price. Overall, I’m dissatisfied with the eight sleep pod and the customer service. It’s been 6 months trying to get my money back, and I’ve given up. I’ll just warn others about what to expect with the eight sleep pod.

It's disheartening to witness Eight Sleep's recent decline. The imposition of a monthly fee for product usage is a regrettable decision, reminiscent of a cash grab. Purchasing a $2,000 hardware product should inherently include seamless functionality without additional costs. The comparison to buying a computer or car and being unable to access basic functions without a fee is apt. This move has led many, including myself, to reconsider our association with Eight Sleep. The frustration and disappointment among users are palpable, prompting a significant exodus. Sadly, it appears that this ill-conceived decision may force me to part ways with my unit, adding to the growing discontent among customers.

In my opinion and experience, Sleep 8's customer service is really good. They always respond quickly and seem to care about feedback. They didn't ignore my comments and offered to help fix any issues. There are a few things I pointed out that they need to work on, but they're aware of them and I hope they'll make improvements in the future updates. Overall, I'm very happy with the product. It keeps me warm in winter and the alarm always wakes me up at 6 AM for work. It's been reliable for the past two years since I bought it. Overall, my experience with Sleep 8 has been great and I'd recommend it to anyone who needs a product like this.

I bought a Pod 3 without a subscription, and it's laughable what you can achieve with the pod without any subscription. Essentially, nothing substantial. At a whopping 3,000€, your capabilities are limited to setting just one temperature for the entire night, and that's it. If you desire any additional features, be prepared to shell out a hefty 200+€ per year. No thanks. What a mockery.

I luv my matress pad

I luv my matress pad! It was a big cost for me but it was well worth it. What made it even better was the customer service I received when I had an issue with it. I happen to contact them on a Sunday afternoon and not only was I contacted back but my issue was instantly resolved with the utmost professionalism. Super impressed with customer service! Thank you.

I think this bed was overrated.

I think this bed was overrated. At first, I didn't believe the hype. But my husband got me this mattress cover, and now I love it! It really helps me sleep better. We had one issue and a question, but customer service was great. They were quick and very helpful. I hate leaving my bed when I travel. It's just too comfy.

This pod system is really amazing. It changed my life, improving my sleep and making me more aware of it. I've had it for over 4 years and had a problem. They were quick to respond and gave a good solution. I don't think I can sleep without an eight sleep pod system.

8 Sleep is a awesome product.

8 Sleep is a awesome product. My wife and I can change our bed's temp on our sides. She likes it hotter and I like it cooler. Our sleep got better with 8 Sleep. Their service is great. We had a leak, they replaced the cover fast with no problem.
