    I've been using this learning

I've been using this learning platform for a month now. The courses themselves are top-notch, very well-structured and straight to the point. But, wow, the technical issues are a real headache! I first tried it on my smartphone, but the app kept crashing every time I tried to do exercises. It was so frustrating to start over and over again. Switched to my PC and it's better, but still pretty slow. At least I can finish the exercises without losing progress. Considering the price, I expected the mobile app to be flawless. If they could fix these glitches, this would easily be a 5-star service. Great content, just needs some tech improvements.

    I was just scrolling through

I was just scrolling through my emails, when bam, there it was—a receipt for another year of that service I totally forgot about. Seriously, who remembers these things when life’s so busy? I think they should really give us a heads-up before just taking the money. A cooling-off period would be a lifesaver, you know? Like, a little grace period where you could say, "Wait a sec, I didn’t really mean to renew that." It’s not like I don’t like the service, but sometimes you just wanna have a choice, right? Anyway, just a heads-up for anyone with an annual subscription to keep track, or it might surprise you like it did to me!

You know, I decided to give this platform a shot to learn programming, but it didn’t quite hit the mark for me. The lessons felt kinda all over the place, and I struggled to find any solid structure in them. It’s like they jumped right in without giving enough background explanation, which left me feeling a bit lost, especially as a beginner. I’ve tried other platforms before, and while they weren’t perfect, they at least gave me a better foundation to build on. I guess I expected a more thorough approach here. If you’re new to programming like me, you might find it a bit challenging to get your footing.

Honestly, if you're not an intermediate or advanced programmer, this isn't for you. They don't really explain stuff, just expect you to fill in the blanks without teaching much. You won't get why your code didn't work or how to fix it. They walk you through a few things with one-word explanations, and that's it. No idea what the output means or how to improve. If you're already good at coding and need to pick up new skills, maybe it's helpful. But beginners? Forget it. You won't learn anything new here, just get more confused.

    I tried this online course

I recently tried this online course, hoping to improve my skills, but it was a letdown. The video's were overloaded with text, making them hard to follow, and honestly, YouTube offers better content. When it came to the case studies and practical exercises, they were just confusing. The instructions weren't clear, leaving me more puzzled than before. And the certification exam? It was filled with strange questions that had nothing to do with what I learned on the course. Plus, the code review was done by a system, not a human, which felt really impersonal. Overall, it felt like a waste of money and time. I expected more practical, engaging content and clear guidance.

    It was frustrating

So, I decided to go with DataCamp for my data analyst certification, thinking it would be smooth sailing. But then, I hit a snag. During the practical exam, you need to submit a recording. After sending mine, I discovered my audio equipment was faulty—found out at a repair shop! I reached out to DataCamp to reset my attempts, but it felt like they were playing telephone, and the message got lost somewhere. Two weeks in, and they still hadn't resolved it. The technical team seemed stuck in an endless loop of "investigating." It was frustrating just waiting around, hoping they'd finally get it together. Would've appreciated a quicker response.

    So frustrating!

Ugh, this learning platform is a mess. It's so hit or miss with the instructors. A few are pretty good, but most just toss in these random libraries with no explanation whatsoever. They bounce from one topic to the next without wrapping anything up, and the videos feel like they end just when they get interesting. The exercises? Forget it. They don't take you step-by-step but instead throw random examples at you. And don't get me started on the certificates. You have to wait forever to get them, and the questions are way tougher than anything covered in the courses. So frustrating!

I signed up for the premium package on a friend's recommendation, but it's been quite disappointing. I needed some guidance with my learning, so I reached out hoping to speak to someone directly. Instead, I got an email response, which wasn't very helpful. The platform itself is really confusing and seems to assume you already know a lot. Plus, the run code and submit buttons keep freezing, and I keep getting loading errors. It's been frustrating trying to get through the lessons. I'm definitely considering asking for a refund. This isn't what I expected at all.

I signed up for a course and was shocked to see a big charge on my account later. Turns out, they have this sneaky auto-renew thing going on. No heads-up, no warning, just a surprise bill. I feel like they’re trying to trick their users with this setup. It's frustrating and feels unfair. They might say they informed us about it, but it's buried somewhere in the fine print. It's a pretty shady way to run a business if you ask me. How many more people have they caught off guard like this? It's enough to make me want to steer clear of their site in the future.

    Avoid!

Alright, listen up. I signed up thinking it would be a good deal, but then, bam! Out of nowhere, this sneaky auto-renewal hits my account. I tried to get a refund for a month I didn’t even use, and they hit me with this “one-time courtesy” line. Seriously? They refunded the latest charge but kept the rest. It felt like they just laughed all the way to the bank with my cash. Just be careful, because before you know it, you're stuck paying for something you don’t even use. Always check the fine print or you'll end up feeling like you've been played.

I tried signing up for a course

I tried signing up for a course and ran into a big problem. I’ve got an Apple family setup, but the service doesn’t support it. This means the second person had to pay an extra £20 for the same course. Really frustrating! When I reached out for help, the agent, Charmaine, just kept saying it was fair for everyone and wouldn't stop repeating herself. It felt like she wasn’t listening at all. This setup is definitely not user-friendly for families and the support wasn’t helpful. It left a bad taste, and I’m not sure if I’ll be using them again.

    Signed up for a PowerBI

Signed up for a PowerBI course on DC and it was a disaster from the start. The second module glitched and froze within the first hour. Couldn't go back or fix it, had to restart everything. It was super frustrating. On top of that, they make it nearly impossible to turn off auto-renewal or get a refund. It feels like a bait-and-switch gym membership. I've used Pluralsight and Coursera before and they were so much better. DC just isn't worth the hassle. Don't waste your time or money here. Definitely won't be recommending it to anyone.

    I signed up for DataCamp

So, I signed up for DataCamp hoping to brush up my data skills, but it didn't go as planned. After about three weeks, I just stopped using it. When I tried to get a refund, no luck there. The scraping course I took started off okay, building up my skills bit by bit. But then, out of nowhere, they crammed almost everything you need to know into the last video. It was overwhelming and honestly, not up to par. These days, I find myself turning to YouTube for tutorials. The free content there is way more useful and easier to follow.
