Support replied within a day and fixed a billing quirk. Instructions were concise, and my access was restored quickly.

Great classes, chill on upsells

Loved the Google course content, less in love with nudges to upgrade every other click. Still, I learned plenty and actually finished, which is a minor miracle in my world.

Started fast, stayed motivated

Signed up with Google and jumped into a data course in minutes. Navigation is intuitive, and the mobile app kept me on track. Offline downloads worked great during commutes.

I had a yearly subscription to "coursera plus" that just ended. I forgot to cancel the renewal (my mistake) and got charged the full price. As soon as I realized, I reached out to support via chat and got a full refund without any hassle. I really appreciate them sticking to their refund policy. The platform is great, with lots of useful courses. I'll surely come back when I have time to begin another course.

Coursera does not seem to be what it once

Coursera does not seem to be what it once claimed to be, a platform for courses that understood the needs of busy students and their career goals. The course descriptions are often incomplete or misleading before you sign up or pay for the certificate. The universities and companies behind the courses seem to forget that people have jobs, families, and (some) face challenges. I recently enrolled Ed in a course from Yale, but I couldn’t see the assignment details to assess the time I needed to commit or the deadlines until I was already in. I paid for the certificate. The first three modules (which were previously set as one module per week) were due in the first week after registration. Plus, you cannot properly take the tests and assignments without a certificate unless you pay. So, finishing the course as they claim is impossible without paying. I was unable to get a refund. With work commitments, I can’t do three weeks of work in just one week. I couldn’t find any phone number or email address. The chat bot didn’t help at all. Buyer beware!

Not worth it.

Not worth it. Feels like a bit of a scam for subscriptions. I'm taking a course with lots of problems in support (wrong punctuations, titles not matching content, tests covering topics not yet in the course, etc.).

They make it hard to cancel the free trial. I didn't like the program, and tried to cancel a week into my "free" trial. Their instructions for canceling did not match. I finally got it canceled, but was charged anyways (they claim their records show I never canceled.i went back through the process to screen record that their instructions were not accurate and my chat was disconnected. I tried to contact them again and couldn't connect with anyone. I was charged $50 and they have a "no refund" policy so they refuse to refund me, despite knowing how hard their cancel process is. If you chose to use this company, use the chat option to cancel and make sure you copy the transcript.

Education is nice, but they can't make

Education is nice, but they can't make an Invoice that follows EU rules. Your boss won't pay. It's too bad I gotta switch to a diffrent company.

It's really cool to have all

It's really cool to have all these different resources in one place. Need to learn about computer science? No problem. Want to work on personal development or learn about makeup, history, coding, or finances? It's all there. Not bad at all. I had to take some courses for work a while back, don't even remember what they were about, but the interface was really easy to use.

Пораджу так: обирай курси з сильними партнерами, проходь тиждень за тижнем і не забувай про дедлайни квестів. Сертифікати виглядають достойно в резюме.

Сертифікати від великих імен

Зручно вчитись у своєму темпі, мобільний ап чудовий. Плюс взяв Plus і не парюсь з оплатою кожного курсу. Інколи буває різний рівень якості між курсами.

El registro tomó nada. Me guiaron por rutas de Certificados y la navegación entre módulos está clarita. Progreso sincronizado en el app y web sin complicaciones.

Proyecto entregado a tiempo

Subí mi proyecto final de data a las 11:58 pm. Me temblaba el ojo, pero todo cargó perfecto. Dormí tranquila sabiendo que quedó registrado.

Calidad académica sólida

Contenido de alta calidad, me sentí motivado durante el curso y seguro al aplicar lo aprendido en el trabajo. Plataforma estable, evaluaciones claras.

Certificado que abrió puertas

Terminé el proyecto, subí al portafolio y me llamaron de una entrevista. Sentí validación real. Estudiar a ritmo propio ayudó.

Cobro doble arreglado

Metieron dos cargos. Abrí caso y en 24 h lo regresaron. Bien por cumplir, mal por el susto. Comunicación decente, plantillas everywhere.

Корисно, але англійська потрібна

Контент сильний, але для частини курсів субтитри неідеальні. Якщо англійська ок, проблем немає. Супер для апскіллу, рекомендую планувати час.

Гнучко і по-людськи

Думала не встигатиму, та формат з паузами рятує. Сподобались практичні завдання. Маленький мінус за інколи повільний плеєр. Решта чудово.

Навчання в кишені

Курси від топ університетів, відео якісні, тести справедливі. Зручно дивитись з телефону. Сертифікат отримав швидко. Є й безкоштовні модулі.

Ideal para combinar estudio y trabajo

Trabajo a tiempo completo y necesitaba una opción flexible para continuar aprendiendo. Coursera me permitió avanzar a mi propio ritmo sin alterar demasiado mi rutina diaria. La variedad de cursos disponibles es impresionante. En general, estoy muy satisfecha con la experiencia.

Контент сильний, англійська бажана

Матеріал класний, але частіше без локалізації. Якщо англійська ок - беріть. Завдання практичні, сертифікат додає ваги профілю.

Онлайн-кампуси під рукою

Реєстрація в Coursera проста, програми з модулями і тестами зібрані стильно. Сила в гнучкості: сам обираєш темп. Є пробні періоди - зручно стартувати.
