    I can't believe how frustrating

I can't believe how frustrating this whole situation has been. My business is closing, and they're still charging me for the lease. There's no mention anywhere about what happens if you're facing financial problems. I explained that we wouldn't be using the space, and they offered a buyout for $2,000, even though I only have a year left. I asked if they could pause payments while we try to bounce back and open somewhere else, but they flat-out refused. Honestly, don't sign up with these guys; they’re just out to get your money. Square and Toast, on the other hand, let you end the contract without penalty if your business shuts down.

    Terrible experience

I gotta share my experience with this company, and it ain't great. Picture this: you sign up thinking it's gonna be smooth sailing, but instead, you find yourself drowning in fees. Seriously, the costs are through the roof, and when you try to get some clarity from customer service, it’s like talking to a wall. They just keep passing you around with no real answers. It's like they have a script to confuse you. I felt like I was just a number to them, not a valued customer. If you're thinking about joining, maybe think twice. There are probably better options out there that won’t leave you pulling your hair out in frustration.

    You know, having used this

You know, having used this credit card terminal service for about a year, I was really thrown off when the machine just stopped working. It was such a hassle! I mean, imagine having to make eight phone calls over two weeks just to get a replacement. Not being able to take credit card payments was a real blow to our business; it slowed everything down and frustrated our customers. It was like they didn’t care about the urgency of the situation. So frustrating! I’m honestly just counting down the days until our contract is up because I’m definitely switching to a different provider. Can’t deal with this kind of service anymore.

    Scam!

I walked into the store thinking I was getting a great deal on a new terminal. The sales rep was friendly and offered me what seemed like a fantastic package, even telling me the terminal was free. I was sold, but later, I discovered hidden in the fine print a 48-month contract that they conveniently forgot to mention. No fees were collected during this time, which seemed odd at first but now makes sense. Felt misled and wish I could give them a zero-star rating. It's frustrating when companies aren't transparent, and I definitely won't be recommending them to anyone. Just be sure to read everything before signing anything.

    You know, I thought trying

You know, I thought trying out this new service would be a good idea, but it turned into a total mess. I signed up and was told there wouldn't be any charges, but bam, $21.60 vanished from my account right after I got the app. I decided to close my account immediately, but they still charged me again the next month. And trying to reach someone for help? Forget it. When I finally got an email response, they said they'd only give me back $19.95 and wouldn’t refund the tax. Plus, they refused a second refund because they claimed I already had one in progress. Honestly, it's a complete scam. Avoid this company at all costs.

    Dealing with this company's customer

Dealing with this company's customer service has been nothing short of a nightmare. I've been tangled in this mess for months over two simple issues—one with a piece of equipment and the other with their online ordering and catering. It’s Monday morning, and since Friday, I've made over a dozen calls, each one more frustrating than the last. I’ve been ping-ponged between emails with some AI bot that’s less than helpful. Now, I'm stuck on another call, 40 minutes in, and still no resolution. It feels like I'm running in circles, and honestly, I'm at my wit's end. Getting a straight answer or real help seems impossible.

    I got a Clover system

I got a Clover system for my small business, thinking it would simplify things. But, it feels more like a trap than a helpful tool. Every year, the software fees creep up, which is frustrating. After paying off the device, I thought I’d have more freedom, but no such luck. If I want to switch merchants, I'd have to buy a new Clover, which is insane! And if I stop my subscription, the device turns into a useless piece of plastic, locking me out of all my past data. It's like they designed it to keep you tethered forever. If you're considering a payment system, find one that lets you own it fully without ongoing fees.

    Honestly, dealing with this company

Honestly, dealing with this company has been a nightmare. We processed some credit card deposits a month ago, and we're still waiting for them to hit our account. I spent an hour on the phone trying to get answers, only to find out our account was closed on January 6th without any notice. Now they're holding our funds from late December for at least 90 days, maybe even up to 6 months! What's frustrating is that our account rep had assured us on December 31st that we'd see those funds in just 2-3 days. The rep was nice on the call, but that doesn't fix the situation. It's been incredibly stressful and disappointing.

    Man, dealing with this service

Man, dealing with this service has been a nightmare. I started trying to cancel it back in early November because the fees were just piling up, way more than other options out there. Two months later, after countless emails and phone calls, I got hit with another monthly charge. Spent another half-day on the phone with them, and all they did was promise to "escalate" the issue in 24 hours. They didn’t even bother explaining why it wasn’t canceled yet. Sure, they say they’ll refund the fees, but it shouldn’t be this hard to cancel. Honestly, this kind of runaround is just ridiculous and gives businesses a bad name.

    I thought I was getting

I thought I was getting a great deal with this system, thinking it was free. Turns out, it's far from it. The real kicker is that the system's pretty much useless unless you fork out an extra $29 a month for the software. Without it, you can't even ring up multiple items or calculate sales tax. It makes checkout a pain, slows everything down, and adds more hassle to bookkeeping. It's frustrating to pay so much for equipment that doesn’t really do much on its own, and then they want more money just to make it functional. It's like buying a car and finding out the engine costs extra. Definitely not what I expected.

    You won't believe the hassle

You won't believe the hassle we had with the Clover POS we got through our business account at KeyBank. We switched over to Square, thinking it’d be smooth sailing, but nope! Even after deactivating the system, we were stuck paying a $47 monthly lease fee for a device we weren't using anymore. We spent ages trying to find someone to take over the lease, and when we finally did, they hit us with a surprise $150 transfer fee. The whole leasing deal felt like a trap—rigid and expensive. Honestly, if you're considering this, think twice. It was such a frustrating ordeal, and I really wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

    Using Clover has been a

Using Clover has been a rollercoaster, and not the fun kind. Since getting it, we've faced endless problems. Setup was a mess from the start, and it loves crashing right when we need it most. Picture this: it's a bustling Friday night, and suddenly the system goes down nationwide. Chaos. We had to scramble and switch to a phone-based Square backup, which was not ideal. The repeated outages have seriously hurt our business. We’ve lost customers and revenue. Support? Well, let's just say it's been less than helpful. If you’re considering Clover, think twice. It might do more harm than good. Avoid it if you can.

    I’ve been using Merchant One

I’ve been using Merchant One for a while, but things went south fast. First, their invoices were all over the place, missing service details, which made keeping track a nightmare. Then, when I needed tech support, it was like shouting into the void—no help at all. I decided enough was enough and canceled my account. But guess what? They kept trying to charge me! To make matters worse, their system had my ID numbers all messed up, so my account wasn’t showing up, even though I had email proof. It was a mess, honestly. I’d steer clear of Merchant One if I were you. Just not worth the hassle or the headache.

I can't believe I'm still dealing with Clover. After cancelling my account, they just kept charging me month after month. I reached out, and they promised to refund those extra fees. But guess what? No refund, and the charges keep coming! It's like they're not even listening. It's so frustrating. Honestly, it feels like they’re just ignoring my requests. I never thought I’d have to deal with something like this. It seems really unfair and deceptive. If you're considering doing business with them, think twice. This has been such a headache, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same mess.

    So disappointing and unhelpful

So, I decided to try out Merchant Services with Huntington Bank, and they got my business set up with Clover. Needed to set up a virtual account for my employee, so I called customer service. The tech rep I spoke to seemed to struggle with explaining the process. He kept insisting that I could only have one account and should give my login to the employee. Then he mentioned setting permissions, but it didn’t make sense if I had to share my admin login. The whole thing was confusing and frustrating. I ended up just hanging up. Honestly, the customer support was really disappointing and unhelpful.

    I tried using this app

I tried using this app recently, and it was a mess. Each time I tried to order a simple coffee, I got hit with endless bot checks, seriously like four or five times. Logging in with email was a nightmare too—always said the link was expired. And don't even get me started on customer service. All the links either didn’t work or just spat out generic responses. No actual humans to talk to. Felt like I was navigating some amateur coding project, and I almost thought it was a scam. But if you push through the awful interface, you can still place an order. It’s just way more hassle than it should be.

    It’s not worth the hassle

I gotta tell ya about my experience with this company, it’s been a real mess. From the start, they just couldn't get their act together. Money? Forget about it—they never put a single cent where it needed to be. And trying to get some help? Well, that’s like talking to a wall. I reached out to their customer service, hoping for a bit of assistance or maybe just a hint of care, but nope. Got nothing helpful back. Honestly, dealing with them has been nothing but frustration and headaches. If you’re thinking of using them, you might want to look somewhere else. Trust me, it’s not worth the hassle.

    Man, dealing with this Clover

Man, dealing with this Clover POS cancellation was a nightmare. For three solid months, I was just tossed around, like no one wanted to actually help me. I tried every way to reach them—calling, chatting, emailing—and it was always the same story. Each person promised they'd sort it out, but nothing changed. Finally, I had enough and got my bank to block their charges. But can you believe it? Even after six months, they're still trying to sneak in those charges. It’s beyond frustrating and feels like I’m stuck in this never-ending cycle. Just wish they'd listen and sort this mess out for good.

Using this system for our restaurant was a nightmare. Updates would just pop up without any heads-up, and everything would go haywire. Trying to get help? Forget it. Long waits, reps who don’t seem to know what they’re doing, and problems just stay problems. And then there’s the equipment. You have to buy their stuff, which becomes useless after a bit, and you’re stuck with it because you can’t resell. Plus, those monthly fees are outrageous for what you get. There’s not even a proper way to email them about issues. If you're thinking about it, just don’t. It’s not worth the hassle at all.

    I had quite a rough

I had quite a rough time with this service. Honestly, it felt like they were trying to squeeze every penny out of me. Every feature I needed seemed to require yet another app, costing around $50 more each month. After sticking with them for two years, they suddenly bumped up our monthly fee by $50, and we didn't even get anything new for it. As we were moving to Square, we had a tiny $0.25 error, and they hit us with a $25 charge! We weren't properly notified, and they kept charging us $25 daily until we caught on. It was frustrating and disappointing, to say the least.

You won't believe the nightmare I've had with Clover. Their fees are just insane, and it's like they sneak up on you when you're not looking. I mean, I batched $435 on October 5th and they snatched $162.37! Then, on October 10th, I batched $299 and they took $187.37. It's like they're in the business of taking more than they give. If you want a company that's all about hiding the real costs, Clover's your pick. And, honestly, I don't know how they have a 4.9-star rating. Feels like they're controlling the reviews or something. Just beware, it's not as rosy as it seems.

    I can't even begin to

I can't even begin to explain the mess Clover Merchants Services put us through. They were sneaking money out of our daily batch and charging our bank thousands every month. Before our doors even opened, they'd hit our bank twice a day. They promised a refund, but once we switched to Sky4, they flat-out refused to return the thousands they took. We started business on August 28, 2025, and it’s been a nightmare ever since. Honestly, steer clear of these folks. They'll drain your funds and leave you stranded without support. I got a Clover Mini for $800, thinking I’d get $600 back after 60 days. But by day 53, they shut me down for not sending old bank statements. Like, why would they even need those? I already had the POS system, and everything was supposed to be smooth. Now I've sold it, and folks are struggling to reactivate it. The customer service is just awful, more like a scam if you ask me. It's been a nightmare dealing with them. If you're thinking about using them, I'd say just stay away. Wow, what a nightmare dealing

Wow, what a nightmare dealing with this company. It all started when they just shut down my account out of nowhere, no heads-up or anything. Then, they pushed me to collections and demanded I send back the machine. I hadn’t even been with them long, like, three months tops, and the random charges they kept taking from my account—$20 here, $10 there—made no sense. Even after sending back the machine, they kept my account open and continued charging me. It’s been such a frustrating experience, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

They are absolutely the WORST!! Attempting to reach someone for assistance has become an absolute nightmare. Each attempt results in endless transfers and prolonged periods of being on hold. A mind-numbing 1 hour and 6 minutes on the first call, and here I am again, typing this review during another excruciating 46 minutes on hold. The level of customer service is downright HORRIBLE!! Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your needs. Avoid Clover at all costs!! Giving them ZERO STARS would still be too generous.

I tried Clover for a bit and honestly, it was a bit of a shocker. The settlement fees were way more than I thought they’d be, like, seriously high. I wasn’t expecting to get hit with such steep costs. After just a week, I had to call it quits. I ended up packing up the EFTPOS machine and sending it back because those charges were just too much for me to handle. It felt like they were just taking too much out of my pocket. I guess it's back to the drawing board for me, looking for something that doesn't break the bank.

When our old Clover Mini gave up, we had to grab another fast. I wish the buying process was quicker, though. Spent hours on the phone, and got cut off more than once. The customer service? Let's just say it was a struggle. Hard to understand, and they didn't even check if I had all I needed. But hey, at least the new Mini arrived in just two days, so we weren't out of action for long. It’s a bit of a mixed bag; if only the support matched the delivery speed. Here's hoping for smoother sailing next time around!
