After a week of back-and-forth, they told me my 14-day return period had expired. When I lodged a complaint, they sent a link for a return label with just 2 days to send it back and proof of postage. The link didn’t even work! Now they're ignoring me, and I doubt I'll meet the deadline. This company is incredibly frustrating to deal with.
