I’ve interacted with the staff and they’ve all been very friendly
I’ve interacted with the staff and they’ve all been very friendly, supportive, and helpful. Occasionally, I faced some physical challenges, and my coach, Emily Posh, was very understanding. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their clients. From the very start, I’ve been pleased and thankful for discovering Carda Health by chance. As they say, “Everything happens for a reason.”

They helped me feel
They helped me feel more stable and able to walk a bit more. Sometimes the exercises felt a bit too quick for me, especially since I'm still recovering from having stints put in. I have prostate cancer and take injections every 3 months which make me feel tired and not as nimble as I'd like.

This company really got it right.
This company really got it right. They listened to my needs, were quick to respond, and everyone I talked to was super nice and helpful. They even made adjustments for my fear of falling and Reynaud's Syndrome. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Laughable and pathetic
Did a physiologist interview. I was written off as no experience when in fact I am a PhD and the interview replied “says current”. The interviewer was dressed in street clothes for the interview and when talking down to the interview candidate about the applicable job said, “well you applied for that higher paying wage role, we are going to interview you for this other lower paying role”. Insulting and cheeky. Don’t waste your time with this debauchery.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I've tried contacting CARDA HEALTH by phone & e-mail re: cancellation on a few dates. There is a 3hr wait by e-mail and I've was on a call back for 1 1/2 hrs. When they did call me back, they hung up on me, which started this process all over again. I tried finding alternate phone numbers to no avail. All numbers are the same. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I guess if/when they call me, I will cancel in entirely.
