    Really happy with what I got from my order.

    Really happy with what I got from my order. The cost was fair, the stuff was good for everyday wear, and I liked how they packed everything nicely with a thank you note inside. Every piece was wraped on it's own but still came together in one box. I for sure plan to buy again. All in all, a nice mix of Spring outfits, good quality things and friendly folks. I am certanly coming back to grab more cool pieces from Studio at waterfront. Big recomendation.

    I bought a bunch of dresses.

    I bought a bunch of dresses. But I got two of the same by mistake. I used a coupon for 20% off. BloomChic's customer service isn't giving me the full refund for the extra dress. They only refunded me a small part of what it's worth. When I asked them to check and correct their mistake, they were really rude. They said they're keeping my money and signed it as "Monki". I want a complete refund.

    I really liked the 3 items I purchased. They fit well, are good quality, and the price was fair. The only downside is I didn't realize they were a US-based company, so it took a bit longer than I anticipated to get my order – I'm just so used to fast Amazon shipping!! Overall, the clothes were just right for my UK 26/28 curvy body, so I will definitely shop here again.

    I first wrote a review saying I ordered clothes on the 4th of February and hadn’t got them by the 28th, but I made a mistke and it was really the 16th of February. Got them on the 1st of March, and even tho it took a while, it was worth it. Got 3 nice dresses with good quality.

    I bought four shirts/sweaters and one pair of leggings. The leggings are pretty good. They stay UP, which is nice. They feel soft and seem like they will last after a few washes. One of the sweaters is nice, fits well, holds its shape, and should wash well. The other three shirts/sweaters were a letdown. Cheap material, no shape, and just unflattering overall. I spent 140$ in total, and honestly, I don’t think I’ll buy from Bloom Chic again. Shipping was okay, took about 10 days to get to Alberta, Canada.

    I bought a couple of tops and a dress. The quality of the items was better than I thought it would be for the price. One sweater and a blouse fit like a true size medium (US), but the rest felt more like a large. I liked some of the styles, especially the dresses, but I won’t buy more because I think they’d be too big. If you wear a regular medium, these might be too big. I understand they focus mainly on plus-size fashion, but I wish they offered more options for non-plus sizes.

    shipping's dragging its feet, and to top it off, the bag waltzed in torn and the interior bags partied open at the zipper. It's like déjà vu – think this might've happened before 'cause they taped it up like a mummy. Slow shipping and torn bags? Not the best dance partners. Hoping they step up their game next time.

    Awful help from customer service.

    Bought 4 things using my account through their app. Waited a week, then checked—nothing was showing. But both Paypal and my card were charged. Spent OVER THREE HOURS trying to get a hold of ANYONE online. Kept getting kicked out of thier line because the site works badly. When I did reach someone, they said 3 of my 4 items were not availble, even tho they still show them for sale on the site. What’s going on? The only thing they had left was meant to go with pants they didn’t have, so now I don’t even want it. They didn’t send any message to say stuff was missing—no offer to swap for other sizes or colors. Just silence. Who knows how long I’d have waited for my money back? I told them to stop the whole thing. The service is bad...the site is bad...the whole shopping experience is bad. I wouldn’t tell anyone to try it. Not me, not my family, not my friends. Had to go through PayPal to get my cash back in the end.

    I ordered from them, and after waiting a month with no delivery, I contacted customer support for info. They said sorry but didn’t give me any tracking details, even though I asked clearly. After a few more days with no news, I asked for my money back. Then they sent tracking info showing the package wasn’t even picked up yet and told me to wait. They gave me a 15% discount code. I asked for a refund again a few days later, but got no reply. So I never got the item or my refund. Avoid buying here.

    I placed an order on April 27th, and the confirmation email said it would be shipped on April 28th, but it still hasn’t been shipped. I’ve spent way too much time waiting for a live chat agent. When I finally get one, they just make promises that the order will ship the following day. It’s obvious they put a lot of money into advertising. I’m cancelling my order because I don’t trust this company anymore!!!

    Very hard to reach Customer Support. I’ve been emailing for three days wanting to stop my order cause they keep moving the delivery date. Now it won’t get here before my cruise, so I no longer want it. Tried their chat for over an hour, it kicked me off two times. Still no reply. STAY AWAY.

    The site has nice stuff, but the return rule is bad. They make you pay for sending things back, even if you take it to a "Happy Returns" spot like Staples. You can find pretty clothes in other shops, usualy cheaper, and you don’t have to pay to return them.

    I had a bad experience with this company. I ordered what I thought was from BloomChic through Instagram. Turned out it wasn’t. I had to contact my bank, get a new debit card, and wait to get my money back. I then ordered a blouse, making sure the website was the real one. The blouse came, but it was too small. I’ll probably just keep it for later. I then ordered three sweaters, and the site seemed fine. But no items arrived. The tracking said, "Returned at customer's request." That doesn't make sense. There's no customer service phone number, only a link to send a message. No response so far. I’m really disappointed with this company. Buyer beware!

    Order #3874247 made on April 24. The tracking hasn’t moved and still says “estimated to ship May 2” even tho it’s now May 14. I wrote two emails but never got a answer. Tried the live chat many times, but it keeps cutting me off. I’ll get from number 50 in line down to 3, then THEY shut it down!! They took money from my card weeks ago. If no answer soon, I’m going to tell my bank and ask for a refund. This has been the worse service I’ve ever delt with. Stay away from BLOOMCHIC!

    Oh no, that's a major bummer! Ordered two hoodies with "NOPE NOT TODAY," and they showed up with annoying black spots on the white part? That's a mood killer for sure.     Zero stars. Placed an order on July 5, 2023, and have yet to receive anything. The tracking information claims it was delivered twice and signed for, but there is no proof of the signature, conveniently lost. Despite numerous excuses, there has been no refund. I've escalated the matter to Tesco Bank's fraud team.
