Not only did she fix my review issue once, but she helped me out multiple times. Thanks to her, my store now has some shiny customer trust badges. Using Avada SEO Suite for my Shopify store for a few weeks now, and it's been really good for optimizing my site. Still tweaking some stuff, but customer support has been awesome. Melody and Lydia have been super helpful, going out of their way to assist me. Definitely recommend this app if you wanna boost your site's SEO. Fingers crossed, I'll stick with Avada SEO for the long haul.

Tried setting up an app and it's been a bit of a headache. I just wanted to give it a quick test run to see if it suits us, but the setup is a hassle. Can't add our own logo, change themes, or ditch the fantasy script font without hopping into a support chat. Feels like every simple change requires a 30-minute chat, which should really take just a couple of minutes. Plus, during all this, I got nudged twice to leave a review and snap a screenshot of it, even when I hadn't had the chance to properly test the app. It's frustrating how they push for reviews before you can even get started. Not a great first impression, honestly.
