The company's response to my issue was disappointing. I received the product quickly, but unfortunately, it didn't fit me well—it was too big. I followed their refund guarantee policy by notifying Ausdien within hours of the product's arrival that I needed to return it. However, despite my efforts to reach out through their website, phone number, emails, and even tweets, I received no response. It's frustrating because they claim to have a refund policy, but they didn't honor it or even respond to my requests to start the refund process. In my opinion, this lack of response makes them seem like a scam company. They may send out products, but their refund policy appears to be a lie if they don't respond when customers try to utilize it.

Atom things are a mixed bag

Atom things are a mixed bag. They do the job when they decide to cooperate, but that high-pitched squealing and the noise overload from roads and wind? Way too much to handle. Ended up tossing them in only when things get chaotic around me. And guess what? One of them decided to clock out. Both charge up fine, but one's playing hooky. Called up customer service, or went to their online hangout, and they pointed me to some computer service that wants me to pay a buck to join. Not my cup of tea. Now I'm rolling with just one in my worst ear. Not the symphony of sound I signed up for, that's for sure.

My Atom Pro experience

My Atom Pro experience was a rollercoaster. Bought 'em in October, but they were like ear-muffs on my tiny ears. Hit 'em up to return, and it's like waiting for a snail to reply – took nearly a week. Decided to drop an extra $80 on the BTE ones, got 'em in November, and bam! By the end of the month, the left ear's tube decided it was done with life. Now, they want me to cough up another $99 for a replacement. Seriously? Not thrilled about shelling out more cash for something that might pull the same stunt in 30 days. Major bummer.

I've been begging them

I've been begging them for a receipt for my insurance for a solid month – asked them four times, count 'em, four! And still no email in sight. Talk about frustrating. If they're dropping the ball this hard on a receipt, I shudder to think about what'll happen if I have a real issue with something. Not off to a great start in the customer service game, that's for sure.

My experience with the company was okay. I got the Atom Pro 1 but they didn't fit right because my ear canals are narrow. I called customer service and Kevin helped me exchange them for the Atom Pro 2 for a small fee. Kevin was quick, nice, polite, and knew his stuff. I'll get the Atom Pro 2 soon.

I've just started using my aids for a week.

I've just started using my aids for a week. I wasn't too pleased and felt kinda impatient fitting them in my ear. That's 80% sorted now. Only downer is they don't offer different colors. I'm a black lady and wanted a darker one. Apart from that, it's going fine.

My hearing aids didn't fit, my ears are small. So I reached out to Audien. They were really great. They sent me a smaller size. They were so nice and helpful. I'm waiting for my new pair. Can't wait for them to arrive. Thanks to everyone who helped me out.

My week hearing has been really helped and for a cost I could afford. Customer service has really helped teach this old fool how to clean units. I am very satisfied with purchase and still learning how to deal with feedback noise.

I have used other brands, and this hearing aid is the best for the price. It fits your left or right ear without you needing to check which one to use. And the sound quality is very good.
