    I bought some jewelry

I bought some jewelry from this brand, hoping for a touch of elegance, but I was pretty disappointed. The gold color was off, looking more like something from a discount website rather than a high-end piece. Honestly, it felt like I could find the same stuff on those Chinese sites for way less. The designs were generic, nothing special or unique. And the price? Way too steep for the quality you get. You’d expect something more refined for the cost. It’s just not worth it if you're looking for genuine quality. I wouldn’t recommend this brand if you’re after something truly special and long-lasting.

    It's a bit of a mixed bag

I took advantage of a buy 2 get 2 free deal and grabbed a few items. Now, the silver pieces? They're actually quite impressive! They've managed to keep their shine and overall look really good, even after some time. But the gold items, on the other hand, are a different story. They turned out more like a bright yellow than a classy gold, which makes them look a bit on the cheaper side. If I decide to order again, I think I’ll steer clear of the gold and stick to silver. It's a bit of a mixed bag, but at least the silver is worth it!

    I ordered this stainless steel

I ordered this stainless steel ring thinking it’d be high quality for $100, but it's just overpriced junk. After a few days, I already noticed the color chipping off. Honestly, I’ve gotten better rings off Temu for $2 that look more like real gold. Shipping took forever too, like weeks! It clearly came from China. It’s disappointing to spend that much and get something so cheap. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money on this, especially when you can find better options for way less.

I got this beautiful beaded ring

I got this beautiful beaded ring, and while it looks absolutely stunning, I've had some issues. Three diamonds have fallen out already, and I've only worn it a few times. Their communication was a bit slow, but they were really helpful once they got back to me. They are sending me a new ring, but I'm a bit worried the same thing might happen again. I really love the design and style of the ring, so fingers crossed this one holds up better. Let's hope the next one lasts longer!

    Weird

So, I picked up the Evil Eye Necklace in silver, and it literally broke right when I put it on. The clasp just snapped! I reached out to Atolea's customer support and they got back to me super quick, saying their warranty covers it and asked for a pic of the damage. Sent that over and they replied again, even on the weekend, saying a replacement's on the way. Guess I'll see how the new one holds up when it arrives 🤞🏼. Also, their social media game is crazy intense! Followed their Instagram and got bombarded with sponsored posts from influencers raving about the quality. But when I checked those influencers' profiles, they barely had any real posts about Atolea and seemed to be promoting pricier jewelry brands. Weird, right?

    It's frustrating

I recently picked up the pearl Cross gold necklace from Atolea, hoping for a chic addition to my holiday wear. They promised no tarnish, but when it arrived, it was already looking dull and cheap. The "gold" didn't match the rich color from the pictures; instead, it was a bright yellow, like something off temu or shein for a fraction of the price. The quality was a letdown, too. The pearls were glued to the cross with visible dried glue, and the clasp seemed ready to snap at any moment. I spent around £40, which isn't much, but when you get similar quality elsewhere for less, it's frustrating. The packaging was lovely, though. It made the experience start off hopeful, but I'll be steering clear of Atolea from now on.

    I recently ordered some jewelry

I recently ordered some jewelry and have mixed feelings about the experience. The pieces are quite nice and their customer service is generally decent. However, the shipping location made me a bit skeptical about the quality—there's just too many fake fronts out there on sites like TEMU. One thing for sure, avoid anything with pearls; they're pretty low quality. Also, the return process is a hassle. You have to confirm you've posted it back even if they already got it. And a heads up—never buy more than one mystery necklace. They'll send you the same one every time and won’t take returns or track what you've already bought.

    I picked up this stunning

I picked up this stunning pearl anklet, thinking it would be my go-to piece for every day. After just a couple of weeks, it snapped when I was pulling on socks. Such a bummer! It’s really pretty though, perfect for a night out or special events when it's less likely to get yanked around. But here's the thing—it's marketed as waterproof jewelry, so I thought it would be more durable. Now, I'm a bit hesitant to wear it to the beach or in the sea. It's a delicate beauty, but if you're looking for something to wear constantly, maybe rethink it. Still, it’s a gorgeous piece when handled with care.

    I picked up this sparkling

I picked up this sparkling signet ring, and honestly, I only wore it twice before the pave started falling out. I mean, these rings aren’t cheap, so I expected a bit more durability. It's frustrating to spend that kind of money and have it fall apart so quickly. I thought paying more would at least ensure the jewelry lasts longer. Now I'm just super disappointed. I'm really hoping they can offer me either a replacement or a full refund because this is just not okay. The whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.

    I wanted to share my

I wanted to share my frustrating experience with Atolea. I bought three rings, all size seven, but one came too small. Clearly, their mistake, not mine. Returning it was a nightmare. I had to go to the courier service, wait in line, and pay $9 shipping, which is ridiculous since it wasn't my fault. Plus, they only offered a 10% store credit—totally useless to me. Their return address is a PO box, adding another layer of inconvenience. And the reviews on their site are misleading; they show only five stars, but when I dug deeper, I found many less-than-perfect reviews. I won't be shopping with Atolea again. They need to take responsibility for their errors and be more transparent.

    I bought a Cowrie necklace

I bought a Cowrie necklace from this site and honestly, was quite let down. It was supposed to be a special birthday gift, but the necklace felt cheap, especially for the £40 price tag. The chain and fastening reminded me of something you'd find on a child's necklace. Given the brand’s marketing and price, I expected much better quality. The packaging was nice, which gave it a bit of a premium feel, but that’s about it. I left a 2-star review via email, but it never got published. Tried submitting it on their website too, but no luck. Seems like they only want glowing 5-star reviews up there. Just want others to know my experience before buying.

I bought two pieces of jewelry from Atolea, which were advertised as hypoallergenic. After wearing them for a few weeks, I started getting a rash around my neck and chest. I reached out to Atolea, and they offered to exchange them, but I can't wear any of their stuff now. I bought from a section that was supposed to be hypoallergenic! They refused to refund me, saying they can't refund used items. How does that make sense with defective products? I don't even have sensitive skin, so this was a shock. If you’ve had skin reactions before, steer clear. Such a pity because the jewelry looks really nice and the packaging is lovely.

    Really disappointing purchase

So, I was pretty excited about these pieces because of all the rave reviews. Got them in early April and they looked perfect at first. I only wore the necklace and bracelet in the shower, just pure water, nothing else. After a few weeks, I put them away in the velvet bags they came with. Fast forward to May, I pulled them out and they looked all brassy and fake! I've had cheap gold-plated jewelry that lasted way longer. I even picked up a $20 pair of earrings from a budget store, and they've survived the shower, ocean, and pool without losing their shine. Really disappointed with this purchase. Definitely not worth the $100.

    I ordered a necklace from

I ordered a necklace from this online shop, excited to receive it, but the experience has been such a mess. First, they sent me the wrong necklace, and to top it off, it was broken. I’ve been emailing them, attaching photos and explaining everything, hoping for a quick fix. But all I’ve gotten is some random response about a warranty for the damaged necklace I didn’t even want. It’s like they’re not even reading my emails! I’ve asked them to cancel my order several times now, but it seems like they’re just ignoring me. And now, they’re telling me they're sending my order anyway. Just frustrating and disappointing.

    I thought I'd treat myself

I thought I'd treat myself to some new jewelry, but it didn't quite go as planned. I ordered three necklaces: a freshwater pearl choker, a baroque pearl pendant, and a white beaded choker. When they arrived, I was pretty let down. The pearls on the choker had these odd lines, almost like scratches. The baroque pearl pendant was a mess too, with both sides looking damaged and marked. And that white beaded choker? It felt flimsy, with what seemed like white paint splodged onto the chain, exposing the silver underneath. Considering how much I paid, I expected way better quality. This wasn’t what I had in mind at all.

    I ordered some items for

I ordered some items for my upcoming overseas trip and it’s been almost three weeks now, but they still haven't arrived. It's frustrating because I specifically wanted them for this trip. The company uses a third-party service for shipping, and it seems like my stuff has just been sitting at their facility for almost a week now without any updates. I reached out, and they did offer to send replacement products, but that's not really helpful since I’m leaving tomorrow. I needed these items for my trip, and now I’m left scrambling to find alternatives. It's really disappointing and not what I expected at all.

This brand just didn't work out for me

I’ve had quite the saga with Atolea bracelets. The first one broke just after a few months, but they did send me a replacement. Problem was, that one snapped in just two days. I tried reaching out to them again, but got no response. Then, I got another Atolea bracelet as a Christmas gift. Guess what? It snapped too, just when I was rolling up my sleeves. It’s a shame because these bracelets are pretty pricey for costume jewellery. Honestly, I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you want something that lasts longer than a few wears. This brand just didn't work out for me.

I was pretty excited to get this necklace, especially since it was a gift. But when I opened the box, the chain was broken. It was such a letdown. I mean, I get that things can happen during shipping, but it was really disappointing for something meant to be special. I wish they’d focus more on quality control instead of constantly asking me to buy more stuff. I’m all for supporting businesses, but I'd rather see them put energy into making sure things are right the first time. It's not too much to ask for a product to arrive in one piece, right?

    I ordered a Christmas present

I ordered a Christmas present on November 25th, and it’s still not here. The tracking info just says "exception" – whatever that means. Tried emailing customer service but got no response. The email addresses on their website didn't work either, which was super frustrating. Finally, I managed to find what I hope is the correct email on their Instagram page. This whole experience has been a hassle, and I’m really disappointed with the lack of communication. Just wanted my gift to arrive on time, but now I'm not even sure if it will come.

I got some jewelry for Christmas and honestly, it was a big disappointment. Two out of the three pieces already broke. The clasp on my herringbone bracelet just snapped off, and then the pearl fell off my stud earrings. Tried reaching out to customer service through the email on their website, but guess what? It doesn’t even work! Makes me wonder if all those positive reviews are even real. Feels like they’re just selling poor quality stuff and pretending it's great.

    This just wasn't worth it

Man, I was so excited to get this piece, but when it arrived, I was majorly disappointed. The quality just doesn't match the price at all. It looks so cheap, like something you'd find at a discount store. The gold has this weird orange tint, not at all what I was expecting. Honestly, I've seen better stuff at Primark for a fraction of the cost. I'm definitely going to return it and I really hope I get a refund, not just store credit. This just wasn't worth it.

I was so excited to get these earrings, but when I tried them on, the posts were way too thick for my piercing holes. I couldn't even get them in! It's such a weird problem, I’ve never seen anything like it before. Now I’m worried about asking for a replacement because what if it happens again?
