This company is great. As a first-time buyer, I was really surprised by how quick the delivery was. I'm in the UK and made my order on January 10th, and everything showed up today, January 18th. The packaging was safe, and my items came in great condition after such a long journey. The product is really good, as I've tried it before. I highly suggest this company because their prices are reasonable and the service is really good.

The company is from Australia but, unlike what I’ve read in other reviews, there is no scam: well stocked, good prices, customer service is polite, helpfull, and quick to reply. Shipments are trackable and overall the wait isn’t that long. I have been a customer for a while and never had any issues. Recently I ordered a product by mistake and the customer service kindly canceled the order as I asked, without any charge.

I've been buying Advocate flea & worm treatment for about 2 years now. Delivery usually takes around 3-4 weeks to the UK. I had an issue with fleas because they seem immune to most over-the-counter products like Frontline. In the UK, you can only get this with a vet prescription, and it’s quite expensive with the prescription fees. Since I have 6 cats, it can really add up. I'm so happy I came across this company!

Not a fraud.

Not a fraud. Pretty good you can buy medicine without the vet taking all your money. Vets don’t care about us, guys. (Why can they stop us from getting meds our pets really need?) Just pure greedy behavior. My bank stoped first payment since the company is in Australia. After it worked, it took 4 weeks to get all the way to the US west coast. Had a really bad cat ear mite problem here. Atlantic was a big help.

Being all the way in Europe, I got the Felpreva order

Being all the way in Europe, I got the Felpreva order on time and it came in fine shape. It's for 3 months use for the cat, so there was enough time to start. Since our vet wasn’t sure when he’d get more in stock, I went ahead and got it myself from Atlantic Pet Products to be on the safe side. Thanks for the fast shippment and trustworthyness! I would suggest buying from here.

I was a bit unsure at first because of some mixed feedback, but I went ahead and gave it a shot, and I’m happy I did! The product came from New Zealand, so I didn’t expect it to arrive quickly, but it got here in about three weeks, which was fair. I’m really satisfied with the order and will certainly buy again. Highly recommendded.

The products take a few weeks, sometimes more than a month to arrive, so it's better to plan ahead. They always arrived with future expiration dates. I typed the shipping address wrong and contacted customer service, solved by email in a couple of days: very frindly.

Could be different depending on location, but I had no issues with shipping like some others have mentioned. My order came in 6 days from Singapore, and the expiration date was the same as listed on the site. Overall, a solid website with good prices.

After reading other people’s comments, I was a bit unsure if my package would get here on time and if the medicine dates would be ok. I ordered a six-month supply, so that really mattered to me. My order came today, and the expiraton dates are good for another year, which makes me glad. Still, I do wish there was some way to track my order on their site or get an update by email. Not knowing where it was made me look at reviews again just to make sure it wasn’t a scam. Now that I see they are a real company, I feel fine about the order, but next time I might buy my pet’s meds from somewhere nearer. I also didn’t notice they were in Australia - that one’s on me for not checking first.

My only worry is about the shelf life. The website claims that "our products have long shelf lives, with most lasting one to two years before expiry." The Felpreva I ordered has only 7 months of shelf life left. Not great since I ordered 4 doses for a full year's supply (one dose every 3 months), so it will expire before I even use the 3rd and 4th dose.

Ten days between order and delivery, prices are good, just one small problem for me — 9 euros for customs fee, the package came from Singapour and not from New Zeland.

Bad experience.

Very unhappy with the delivery time, it took more than 3 weeks and when the package came, one item was missing with no info about when it would arrive. I dont recommend this store.

Out of date medicines

Ordered a year's worth of felpreva, 4 tablets. 2 tablets will be out of date in 6 months time. Customer services refused to replace or refund without me sending products back to Australia under my own cost.
