They said it's free, but they charge for a whole year after you try to sign up. Dealing with Art Grid for days, arguing until their small team finally agrees to give your money back. Compared to Envato, Istock, these guys are really bad. Stay away!

I reached out to cancel my subscription early

I reached out to cancel my subscription early, and got a reply confirming it with "we’ve marked your request as resolved". Still, they went ahead and billed me for another year, forcing me to dispute it with my bank. Total garbage.

Artgrid is a scam! Don't sign up - they'll take money from your account every year even if you email to cancel it (there's no cancellation option on the website).

I got videos from Artgrid

I got videos from Artgrid, but they all had the Artlist logo on them, so they're useless. I was promised free downloads in the license. What a dissapointment.
