I instantly adored "Palm Springs" at Lumas in South Beach. Shayni, the friendly sales associate, was really helpful, giving detailed answers to all our questions. Shipping and handling was a bit of a worry, as my husband and I have homes in Florida and Washington, DC. "Palm Springs" was for our Florida home, and we had a tight (and small) window to get it. Shayni worked closely with us, the design studio in Germany, and the shipping company to meet our needs. Our lovely, big artwork was well-packed, sent from Germany, and arrived in perfect condition at our Florida home within the required time. Professional installers finished the setup, and we're very pleased with our art and the service from Lumas. Thanks, Shayni!

Impressed by the service at Lucas' Soho gallery, I found a captivating piece, "De Francisco's Girl with the Red Sunglasses." The display boasts a diverse selection, and the pricing is reasonable. Making it an annual visit during our NY trips is a tradition, and I'm pleased with my purchase. The experience was positive overall, and Lucas' gallery remains a go-to for art enthusiasts.

Impressed with Lumas' London gallery service, but the euphoria wanes due to TNT's sluggish picture delivery. While the transit from Germany was swift, my artwork languishes in Deptford for 11 days without a hint of progress or an estimated arrival date. Lumas' reputation remains intact, but TNT's performance casts a shadow on the overall experience, warranting a less-than-stellar rating

Impressed by the captivating artwork, yet hesitant to repeat the online ordering experience. Despite the stunning piece, the lack of follow-up and an unexpected early delivery raised concerns. The absence of post-purchase support was disappointing; contacting the gallery yielded no insights. Past orders through the gallery boasted exceptional customer service, prompting a recommendation to steer clear of direct online purchases.

The packaging of the artwork was substandard

The packaging of the artwork was substandard, particularly for the largest piece which lacked protection on the sides, resulting in scratches on the glass. Although the other items had plastic, wood, and corner protections, the courier attempted to leave them exposed on the street. This was disheartening, especially considering the gallery's claim of providing a premium shipment service. Despite these challenges, I am actively working to address the issue and arrange for a return. However, the uncertainty and anxiety regarding the courier's handling of the return process have added to the overall dissatisfaction with the experience.
