I interacted with Enrique and found him professional and responsive. He helped me find the right plan for my trip and a good price. What bothered me was that once you buy tickets, if you cancel or change them, you're in trouble. Yes, you can get insurance, but come on. I bought them 6 months early. You'd think there'd be some wiggle room. This was for business class too. They should let you know upfront before you buy. Maybe I'm just used to Southwest. Anyway, Grant was great.

Man, my parents set up this fancy business ticket from SFO to Tokyo to Bangalore to Hyderabad, right? But here's the kicker – they roll up to the check-in counter at SFO, and boom, Tokyo to Bangalore leg is canceled! No biz class seats on the rescheduled flight for two whole days. Now, they're stuck in Tokyo with zilch for a hotel or meals. JAL points fingers at ARANGRANT travel agency, saying they got the memo, but no one bothered to tell my folks. Been on the phone with the "reschedule team" four times, begging for some accommodation, meal vouchers, and a rebook on the Bangalore to Hyderabad flight because my 80+ parents are just chillin' in the air. And get this – they're telling me it takes 24-48 hours to sort it out. Seriously? Not cool when there's an active problem. Now, I'm just twiddling my thumbs, waiting for a callback from the supervisor I asked to talk to. This whole mess better get some resolution real quick.

Renne was quick, clear, and really good! I haven't used a travel agent in 30 years, but I feel in control now and travel frequently. I will definitely think about using Renne again for anything except direct domestic flights. It was a great experience. OK, round two… Renne did EXACTLY what we agreed on the day before. I woke up at 4:00 AM and felt like I had planned too much in too little time. I emailed Renne and shared my worries, and long story short, she helped us figure out how to change a few things, and now everything’s great. It feels like Renne is working full time on our trip to Greece!!! Thanks Renne, your the best!

Arangrant helped us save quite a bit on another business class trip. I'm not sure how they manage to get such good prices, but they are way lower than what I’ve seen elsewhere. You do need to trust them, since you have to give them your credit card info, etc. But I’ve used them twice over the past year, and they were very professional and seem reliable. Like with any travel agent, I recommend you double-check the reservation with the airline after they book it to confirm everything is right (seats, passport, contact info, TSA number, points number).

Da price he was able to book was $2,000 less than da river cruise partner could get for da airline flight. I tried booking with other sites and on my own.
