    Ordered this product and it's fantastic, but the shipping was a nightmare. It felt like my package was on a sightseeing tour! First, it went from CT to RI, then bounced back and forth between Hagerstown, MD and Winchester, VA. After that, it took a detour to PA, made a pit stop in Cumberland, MD, and then finally reached me. What's crazy is that it was like an hour away from my place multiple times but kept going around. The product itself is great, no complaints there, but the delivery process was just too much hassle. Wish they could streamline their shipping a bit better.

    I ordered this drag brush

    So, I ordered this drag brush and it arrived a bit later than expected, which was kind of annoying. Putting it together was a breeze though, really straightforward. Once it was all set up, it worked like a charm. I did notice something odd – the pictures made it seem like it had teeth on one side for dragging, but when it came, no teeth. Not a huge deal, just a little misleading. Overall, it's pretty solid and gets the job done, just wish the description was more accurate.

    It's frustrating

    When I got my package, it looked like it'd been through a rough journey, but the stuff inside was okay. Then, I realized I needed to send it back. Tried checking the return process, and to my surprise, the shipping cost was $96 with UPS due to the package size. Seriously, that was way too much. No pre-paid return label made it even worse. Now, I'm stuck with a package I don’t really need. It's frustrating when return policies aren't clear or convenient. Companies really need to think about the customer’s side of things when it comes to returns. It's not just about buying, but also about making sure returns are hassle-free.

    I recently tried out this product and while the concept is really cool, there's a couple of things that could make it even better. First off, the zipper is kind of a hassle. You have to unzip the entire thing, and it takes a bit of time. It'd be awesome if it was designed to open easier. Another thing, it would be super helpful to have a small window or flap that you can open quickly. Like, if you need a drink or snack, you wouldn't have to unzip everything. This would really help when you're already stressed and need a quick access. Overall, it's a good idea, but these tweaks would make it way more user-friendly.

    The product could use some TLC

    I recently got this batter's box template from Anthem, and working with them was a breeze. But, let's chat about the template itself. For what I shelled out, I kinda expected a bit more in the quality department. The holes? Yeah, they didn't really match up with the buttons, so I had to get out the drill. And those pieces? Just tacked together, not really solid. I was hoping for at least a quick paint job to fend off rust, but no luck there. Ended up painting it myself to keep it in shape. All in all, a mixed bag. Anthem's great to deal with, but the product could use some TLC.

    I ordered some stuff online

    I ordered some stuff online and the ordering process went pretty smooth. They even sent me a notification that my order was going to ship. But then, radio silence. No actual shipping date, no estimated delivery date, no info on what service would deliver it. I had no clue when it would actually show up. Turns out, it got delivered when we weren’t home. Found it just sitting there when we got back. It would’ve been nice to know when to expect it, you know? Little frustrating not having any idea about the delivery details. They should improve that part for sure.

    I got the Wilson Omega

    I got the Wilson Omega for my son's 15th birthday, hoping it would be a great surprise. The ball was pricey at $150 and was supposed to come in a special Omega box. But when it arrived, it was crammed into a small box, barely fitting the football. When we tried playing with it, the ball felt really slick and kept wobbling, no matter how much we brushed it or added wax. We couldn't get it to spiral properly, unlike the GST's we've used before. For the price, I expected better quality and the custom box it promised. Really disappointing experience, especially for my son's big day.

    Bought this two-pack of lanyards

    Bought this two-pack of lanyards from Anthem Sports hoping they'd be my trusty sidekicks for my gear. But, oh, what a disappointment. These things just can’t hold their ground. The moment I attach the third hand or any bit of weight, the latch behind the neck gives up. It's like they're allergic to doing their job. I really wanted these to work, but now I'm stuck needing replacements. I mean, what's the point if they can't even stay secured? Frustrating to say the least. Anyone else had this issue? Trying to figure out if I just got a dud batch or if this is a common problem.

    The communication and delivery were a letdown

    I recently had quite an experience with a company and thought I'd share. The sales guy I dealt with was genuinely helpful, but the rest of the process was pretty frustrating. We shelled out a hefty sum for expedited shipping, expecting things to arrive quickly. However, when the package didn't show up on time, there was radio silence from the company. I had to chase them down for answers. The items finally arrived more than a month late, way past the events we needed them for in late April. In my opinion, the expedited shipping fee should be refunded, since it was completely pointless. Overall, while the sales interaction was positive, the communication and delivery were a letdown.

    You won't believe what happened

    You won't believe what happened when I tried to snag a deal from Anthem Sports. I found this awesome discount on something I really wanted, so I quickly ordered it. Everything seemed fine until, out of nowhere, they just cancelled my order. Didn't even bother to tell me why. The kicker? They put the same item back up but at the original price. Seriously, what's up with that? Felt like they were playing games or something. It's really not cool to mess with customers like that. If you're thinking about buying from them, maybe think twice. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this weird experience.

    I was pretty excited when I found a catcher's mitt on Anthem Sports at a decent price. It seemed like a solid deal, nothing too crazy, just a fair price compared to other sites. So I went ahead and bought it, thinking it was all set. But then Anthem Sports hit me with an email saying there was a system error and they couldn't honor the price. It was disappointing because I thought the transaction was done. It left me feeling like I can't really trust their pricing now. I guess I'll be looking elsewhere for my sports gear from now on.

    Got my new bball rim

    Got my new bball rim from Anthem and was super excited, but man, the packaging was a mess. Torn up, re-taped, still ripped in spots – not great. The Gared 7550 rim itself had chipped paint in several places. Called customer service for a replacement, but after talking to her supervisor, the rep said all they could do was send me touch-up paint. When the paint arrived, it was also improperly packed; the cap was off and there was paint sprayed inside the box. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for. Overall, very frustrating.
