I placed my initial order (ALLVET-79733) and faced delivery issues with UPS. The second order (ALLVET-80879) went smoothly, and I received the product satisfactorily. However, despite multiple requests, the refund for the undelivered first order is pending. I'm still awaiting the resolution for the reimbursement process.

The stuff came in bad packaging. It didn't protect the bottle well. It leaked and the cap broke. Had to toss it. Found another cap, kinda fits but not really. When I shake it like they say, it still leaks because of the bad packaging.
