Ordering online was easy

Ordering online was easy and fast. The product was delivered promptly and arrived as advertised. The price point, compared to a similar product from a competitor, was very reasonable. The customization options for customers are excellent. In my line of work, I often have long hours and lengthy commutes. I can't always get back home in time to secure the hen house. After raccoons discovered that my chickens were a tasty treat, I decided to take a chance on an automated door closer. This product had mostly positive reviews, and the solar-powered feature was a big selling point for me. Three weeks into using it, I'm extremely pleased with this purchase. I'm satisfied with the company's business practices and feel confident in recommending this product to others in similar situations.

I've had my door for about a year,

I've had my door for about a year, and it was fine for a while. Then, out of the blue, it stopped working. I reached out to Luka from Run Chicken customer service, and we exchanged several emails and videos trying to figure out the issue. In the end, we concluded that the motor was defective, and he promptly sent me a replacement after a year. I'm really happy with the customer service and would recommend Run Chicken to others.

I bought this for a different coop I have.

I bought this for a different coop I have. I really like it. Tried another brand (Tool Up) but returned it after just one day. I appreciate how the battery alerts me when it's low, so I don't need to stress about it stopping. Now I can go on trips without concern. Thanks for your product.

The company is really good. Luka was helpful installing the door. The App is awesome. It has lots of programming options. Easy to set up from a smart phone. Chickens used it right away.
