    I ordered a few items from this store and they were seriously awesome! The quality really impressed me. I had to swap one for a different size and let me tell you, customer service was on point.     Definitely worth it

    I recently bought from Aelfric Eden, and wow, the customer service was something else. Seraphine was quick to respond and had my tracking number ready in no time.     Hey there, I had a bit of a mix-up at first with the whole “make up the difference” thing. It was kinda confusing.     I was so excited

    I was so excited when I ordered these shoes, and when they finally arrived, they were incredible. But wow, the shipping was a nightmare. It took an entire month because the shipping company was just terrible. They even sent my shoes to the wrong address! I had to keep going back and forth between the shoe company and the shipping company to sort it out. Honestly, it was such a hassle. Unless they switch to a better delivery service, I’m not ordering from them again. The shoes are great, but the shipping experience just ruined it for me.

    I ordered some clothes online

    I ordered some clothes online and the shipping was a nightmare. No updates, nothing. After almost two weeks, I suddenly remembered my package. Guess what? It was delivered to the wrong house and no one bothered to inform me. I found out it had been at my neighbor's for a week, and now they won't return it. Aelfric Eden did offer to help, but this is the third time this sort of mess has happened. It's so frustrating and makes me wary of ordering from them again. The whole experience was just really disappointing.

    I got this email on

    I got this email on December 28th saying my package can't be tracked yet. Fast forward three weeks, they tell me it was undeliverable on December 26. Now, I have to deal with the shipping company myself. It's funny, because the "Happiness Team" was the one to break this news to me. The company did say they will resend the product, so fingers crossed it gets here this time. If it does, I’ll update this review and hopefully have better things to say.

    I bought these Leopard print Shorts Dungarees and some full-length ones back in February. The plan was simple: long ones for chilly days, shorts for when the sun decides to show up. Living in the UK, it wasn't until late April that I could wear the shorts. The long dungarees were fine, so I didn't think much of the shorts and tucked them away until it got warmer. When the time finally came to wear them, disaster struck. After just one day, the stitching between the bib and bottom came apart, leaving a huge hole. I reached out with photos, but they said since it’s been over 30 days, all I get is a $15 voucher. I find their logic completely baffling. Won't be buying from them again; the quality and service were a letdown.

    My daughter got two sweatshirts, but one was way too big. Tried to exchange it for a smaller size, but the return process was a nightmare. Their return options were super confusing, and after weeks of calling and leaving messages, still no response. What’s worse, their website didn't mention anything about returns being on the buyer, and we checked before she used her own money to buy them. Frustrated and disappointed, we’re stuck with a sweatshirt that doesn’t fit and no way to get our money back. This whole experience has been so annoying. Wouldn’t recommend this hassle to anyone.

    I was browsing Aelfric Eden's site, everything was in AUD. I double-checked the prices, all good. But when I added an item to my cart, bam, it switched to USD. The USD symbol was tiny, so I didn't notice. I thought I was spending $46, but it ended up being $74! I know I should've paid more attention, but it feels like they did this on purpose. It's kinda sneaky and unfair. Now I gotta work extra hours to cover the difference. Honestly, this experience left me feeling pretty frustrated and cheated.

    I can't believe the hassle

    I can't believe the hassle I'm dealing with over some sweatshirts! I bought three from your site as Christmas gifts for my daughter and niece, but they were too big. So, I sent two back to exchange for smaller sizes, paid for return shipping, and your facility got them on January 8th. I even included paid shipping for the return trip. But here we are, and still no word! I've called three times, left messages, and nada. Emailed too, and Donna from the "Happiness Team" said I'd hear from the "returns team" soon. Then she said they were at training. Now she claims they'll respond by Wednesday. Meanwhile, I feel like I've lost the sweatshirts, the money, and the extra $25 for shipping. And my daughter and niece are really disappointed. This is beyond frustrating! I wouldn't recommend your company to anyone!

    Bought a sweater in early December and paid extra for expedited shipping to get it before Christmas. Well, it's December 29 and still no sign of it. Should’ve been here in 7-10 days but it's stuck somewhere in transit from China. I've got no updates, and the customer service is useless, feels like talking to a robot. They keep thanking me for my patience, but seriously, I'm out of patience! Tried to get a refund for the expedited shipping cost, but no luck there either. It’s either a scam or they’re just terrible at this. Really frustrating, no Christmas gift for my kid because of this. Not worth the $60+ for a mediocre sweater. Won't be buying from them again, and neither should you.

    Honestly, I think I got scammed

    I ordered this thing and it took forever to arrive. When it finally got "delivered", it wasn't even to my address! The delivery address kept changing and at one point, some Canadian company called UniUni had it. I contacted Alefric Eden through multiple emails and they eventually offered to send me another package, but only if I paid for shipping. They sent me a link that looked like it was for donating to their brand. The link was titled "make up the difference" with different dollar amounts to choose from. I can't share the link here because of guidelines, but it felt really sketchy. Honestly, I think I got scammed.

    Ordered something from this company, and they said they'd ship it through Piggyship. Supposedly, Piggyship came to my house, but they didn’t leave the package. They claim no one was home, but we have a door cam, and nobody showed up. Now, I can’t find my package, and I'm trying to get a refund. No response yet. Contacted the BBB, and it turns out Piggyship has terrible reviews and isn’t BBB accredited. They don’t use FedEx or UPS, which seems more reliable. Be careful ordering from this company. It’s easy to fake good reviews, even from their own employees.

    Bought a sweater for my son's birthday and paid for expedited shipping, hoping it'd get here on time. Well, it showed up 11 days later through regular USPS mail. When I reached out to complain, the customer service just didn't care. They even argued it arrived within ten business days because they counted from the shipping date, not the order date. But if you count from when I ordered, it was definitely more than ten days. How is that expedited shipping? They clearly don't understand customer service. Definitely won't be shopping there again.

    I ordered a sweatshirt and it arrived with a stain. When I contacted the company for a replacement, they completely ignored me and refused to help out. It was super frustrating.
