Had to make a payment
Had to make a payment the other day. It went alright, but the rep I talked to was a bit tough to understand. His English wasn't the best, but we managed. Funny thing is, I already had my payment plan set up for autopay. For some odd reason, though, I had to call in and pay over the phone. Bit of a hassle, if you ask me. I mean, what’s the point of setting up autopay if I still gotta do this every month? Anyway, we got it sorted, but I really hope they fix this soon.
