Despite initial hesitations, ordering from the refurbished section turned out to be a great decision. The table I received exceeded expectations. We recently moved to Northeast Ohio and got furniture from the previous homeowners. There was a teak dining set that had been maintained and was in decent shape but needed a refresh. I bought the 3-in-1 Care Kit, which had everything we needed, plus a liter of Teak Shield. The results were nothing short of amzing!

The product looks nice. But, we couldn't try it out yet because of some repairs going on outside. When I phoned in about how to take care of the furniture, everyone I spoke with was really helpful. I suggested they give care information before delivering, and they listened well.

The company has some good and some bad points. We got furniture a while ago. One chair broke, but they sent a replacement. Unfortunately, it came damaged. Now, we have to return 2 chairs. The service department is really helpful.
