After shopping around online for 5 ceiling fans in 2 different styles/sizes, I stumbled upon Lightopia. Initially, I was unsure about ordering without seeing the fans in person. The site is nice to look at with good stuff and enough info to buy stuff. Four stars coz delivery took long (30 days). Stuff came from maker, not Lightopia. Maybe they didn't have it in stock. Not a big deal for me, but if you need stuff quick, order early or check if it's in stock.

Despite sending emails with no response, I decided to call, and they mentioned a "no fraud" account requirement, which was unfamiliar to me. When I attempted to place a new order due to this confusion, the light's price had increased by $300. I requested them to honor my original purchase, but they declined. Poor service utilizing unfamiliar verification services, creating frustration in a 30-year history of buying online.

I'm still waiting for the return label and there has been no further communication or progress. I'm stuck with merchandise I can't use and haven't even opened.
