    The best beds ever.

    The best beds ever. We got 3 at our house and 1 at our mother in law's. We even gave one away when it was too small. Obsessd.

    I admit I gave the wrong address…

    I admit I gave the wrong address… mattress ended up at the wrong location. I contacted customer service before the foundation shipped… was told the address was updated to the right one… sadly, it arrived at the wrong place again. No one fixed or helped with this. I am not happy.

    The bed ordering process was good

    The bed ordering process was good and delivery was fine. However, the bed is too hard. Despite its claims to help with back pain and side sleeping, we find ourselves waking up sore and having to move during the night.

    I bought a Luxury Firm mattress two years ago. Right from the start, the box was damaged with rips and holes, but customer service assured me the mattress would be fine. For the first few months, it was comfortable enough, but after about a year, I started noticing hip and back pain, which I didn't have on the guest room mattress. It doesn't live up to the claim. Since I can't afford a new one, I’m going to try a topper to fix the indentations. Mattresses are a big expense, so make sure you choose carefully.

    This was the most terrible customer servise I’ve ever had. They sent me the wrong matress and then said they couldn’t take it back. Told me if I disposed of it myself, they’d return my money, but later said I wouldn’t get a refund.

    Winkbeds let me down.

    Winkbeds let me down. The mattress sagged right away, and their guarantee didn't help. NY Times Wirecutter ought to feel bad for endorsing them. I won't rely on their reviews anymore.
