My screens arrived an work

My screens arrived an work perfeclty in my windows. I used the old screens to measure so I was pretty sure the size would be correct. I should have orderd screen fasteners. I didn't realize I needed them. Advice: check whether you need screen fasteners (color, dimensions, type) and order them with the screens. I took off one star becouse the screens came with a company sticker on a side that shows once screen is installed. I damaged the finish trying to remove it. Suggestion to the manufacturer: Put it on an edge where it is not visible after installation.

The product quality deserves a 5-star rating, no doubt. However, there was an unexplained delay with my order. They did compensate by shipping it via 2-day air. The screen looks fantastic, and it operates just like new.

Ordered screens twice, got what I specified, but sizing issues emerged despite following the website guides. The ordering process is straightforward, yet local pickup proved inconvenient. Both times, screens took over 2 weeks to complete, with no proactive updates; I had to call in. While the product aligns with my specifications, the sizing discrepancies and lack of communication during processing left me less than satisfied.

Shipment arrived with four damaged screens. There was no apparent damage on the outside of the carton, so I signed for it. When I unpacked them, I found the damage. I tried three times to contact customer support but never received an answer. The sides of the box should have been packed with something firmer than cardboard to minimize shipping damage. While I did not expect the four screens to be replaced, I was hoping to get some advice and parts to fix the damage. Not getting any response after three attempts and waiting a week was disappointing. A local hardware store was more helpful.
