Hey there! I got the Valyou Feathers set (142" sofa) last Saturday with Krystal's help over the phone. She was great! She found the exact one I wanted (right side) in the warehouse and helped me with my order details. Then, delivery was scheduled for next week. The sofa arrived the following Tuesday, just 4 days later. My husband set it up in less than 15 minutes! Our only gripe is once we sit, we can't get up! They're so comfy! Service was great, furniture's great, best phone/online buy experience I've had lately. 100% recommend Valyōu Hawaii and Krystal! Mahalo!

Valyou has impressed me once again. This marks my second purchase, and the process was as smooth and pleasant as the first. What I appreciate most is the absence of upselling, and their furniture prices are remarkably reasonable. I've had one of their couches for three years now and recently purchased three beautiful headboards. I'm excited to set them up and will share photos soon. We really enjoy our new leather chair. Our visit to the store in downtown was simply wonderful. The team, although I forgot their names, but their faces are familiar, were extremely supportive and quite informed. The delivery was smooth, they arrived on schedule and everything was well organized. This store was suggested by my brother who now resides in Texas. He also purchased the same recliner that we did.

We got our sofa in Florida two weeks later. It wasn't the long waits people mentioned. They set a date when they knew we were worried, and stuck to it. Sofa arrived fine, and we're happy. Don't trust all the talk.

Overall, we had a great time at Valyou in Kakaako. We worked with William who was real nice and directed us to the exact couch we were looking for. Delivery to our home was real prompt and the delivery workers were real kind. Their prices are fair and the quality is good. I would definitely go back and shop there as well as recommend them to family and friends.

The website is very detailed, and finding what I need has never been more simple and straightforward. It is obvious the WWC team works hard on both their online store and the physical location I have gone to several times.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. Bought the feather couch and it feels like plastic in the cushions. Their customer service is poor, and all they suggest is fluffing the cushions. Spending 2000 bucks is a big deal, but they only care about cash, not customers. I'll keep posting everywhere I can, even if they delete them.
