I waited forever to get the wrong item.

I waited forever to get the wrong item. They refuse to send the correct one. No response from them at all. They kept both my gift card and credit card money. Awful service. They spend money on ads pretending they care about customers, but if you check out real feedback on places like Facebook, it’s clear they’re just stealing from people.

The Eco Adjustable Bed Frame

The Eco Adjustable Bed Frame claimed organic cotton, OEKO-TEX, made in India. But tag says not organic, not OEKO-TEX, made in Thailand. Avocado hasn't fixed or paid back. Bad service, weird emails, dodging questions, no supervisor call.

The customer service team didn't replace

The customer service team didn't replace the wrong pillow I received. 2 different size and color! I don't recommend to anyone.

If you are thinking about buying a mattress from Avocado, be careful. Avocado takes your money fast but hands you off to a delivery service with poor customer care. The time frames they give are not accurate. When you finally get to speak to someone, they say what you want to hear and then tell you to track your own delivery. After giving me a delivery date, they never came. It’s now 9/21/24, and I still haven't got my refund after I canceled on 9/12/24. The delivery service keeps calling me for a delivery I canceled 9 days ago. I have told Avocado's customer service many times, but they do not communicate well and do a bad job with basic customer care. I had to file a complaint with my credit company to let them know about this situation, and I'm still waiting to hear from Avocad.

I bought the avocado children’s eco mattress.

I bought the avocado children’s eco mattress. My child had an accident (you know, the one time I forgot the protective cover). The urine smell stayed in the mattress, no matter what I did. I tried everything to get it out, but nothing worked. We’ve had accidents on other mattresses (kids 🤷🏻‍♀️) and could clean them without trouble. (I use Five Little Monkeys for my other child, and it’s great!!) This mattress soaked up the urine so much that I had no choice but to throw out the $600 mattress I’d just paid off 😞. A mattress that can’t handle one accident is not ok. I contacted the company, and they just said "too bad"! I regret not checking more reviews before buying what I thought was a good investment for my child’s health. Really disappointed. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR KIDS

They took my money for an order

They took my money for an order but didn't deliver it after a month. When I tried to check the shipping status, they insisted on seeing a photo ID, which no other online company has ever asked for. I declined, and now they say they will cancel my order and give me a refund. If I don't get the refund soon, I'll report them to BBB and my credit card company.
