I bought new handles

I bought new handles from Alamo. It took them two months to deliver them. When I reached out to PayPal about not receiving my order, it only took 5 days to receive it. When I finally got my order, it wasn't exactly what I expected based on the picture on their website. It's similar but not identical. Their responses are quick when I contact them through PayPal, but they aren't helpful. They insist it's the same handles as on their website, but it's clear that it's not. I wish I could upload pictures here on Trustpilot to show the difference.

I missed the extra $9.95 charge for damage

I missed the extra $9.95 charge for damage protection before placing my order. After asking about it, I received a quick email saying, “If packages are damaged during shipping, we can file claims which might take up to 3 months :( With Damage Protection, we skip waiting for the courier's dispute - if it arrives damaged, just send us photos or a video clip - we can process a replacement immediately :)” I’m grateful for the fast and helpful customer service and the option to remove the protection; but since the package was from China, I saw the benefit of having the damage protection. I LOVE the Crystal Eye Table Lamps. They do a great job of lighting up a dark wall that’s far from windows.

The service was outstanding—they even offered to order something that wasn't available. I strongly suggest Residence Supply for any home upgrade. The package was well-packed and came on time, just like the estimated arrival. As I mentioned, a very good service and a pleasant experience shopping at Residence Supply. I got the wrong color on my wall sconces and thought it would take forever to sort out. But the customer team got back to me fast and sent the right ones quick so we had them in time for our dinner party. They also said I could hold on to the wrong ones till the new ones came, so we had light the whole time. That kind of help makes you wanna come bak.

I really like how the items look, no doubt. The problem started when I, a beginner electrician, tried to put it all together. Putting the screws in to hold both the electrical parts and the face plate (all held by the same screws) was pretty hard to do. They are installed and look good, but wow! Please add install instructions next time!!

They furnished everything and I'm happy with it. They were always nice and on time. I recommend them. They are good designers.

Their agent kept bugging me

Their agent kept bugging me, haha! I wanted to know switch prices for my home. They kept asking about my house reno every few days. Funny thing, Ram always called when my designer was around. Ended up ordering Night Black with Brass and Bronze with Patina switches. They're good. Thanks, Ram!
