I was worried when I wanted to leave a review

I was worried when I wanted to leave a review for their products but couldn't find where to do it. So not sure where the reviews on their site come from. Anyway, I got the premier mattress med firm, the bamboo platform frame, and sheet set. I liked the frame a lot, and it was simple to put togther. The sheets felt cheap to me, so I wouldn’t buy them again, but I do like the pillows. The mattress seems a bit softer than a medium firm. It was really heavy, and FedEx left it just inside the front door of my apartment building. But I got some help bringing it in, and after that, I managed on my own. I'm a 74-year-old woman, so it is doable if you have the will. Be careful when opening it with blades because it does pop out once it's ready. I can’t say much about how long it will last, but I’ve been sleeping okay on it. For the price, it’s alright. I will do more research before I upgrade next time since I missed the bad reviews. Delivery was on time.

Our bed frame came and we quickly saw that the middle beam was twisted. We tried setting it up to see if it would hold up the mattress and we found out almost immediately that it wouldn't. We called dream cloud support the next day and requested a replacement piece. We sent pictures, talked to someone on the phone and they assured us it would be about 10 days. Over 2.5 weeks later the wrong piece came. We called them that day and took them through the same story. We sent more pictures, went back and forth by email and finally they said they would make it a priority. It has now been another 4 weeks and we still do not have the pieces. It is doing damage to our mattress and we are left with very little options. I am extremely disappointed in dreamcloud and will not be using them again.

This was my baddest experience with a product. The dream cloud frame worked for just 1 hour, then it broke. The service for customers has been terrible. I've tried to get a new one for over 2 months with no luck. They say they'll call me back for a new one, but they never do. I've called them 20 times to fix this, but got nowhere. Stay away from dream cloud or you'll get scammed!!!

Ordered their best hybrid. CRAP.

Ordered their best hybrid. CRAP. Made almost 3 inches short of a "King" mattress. Had a tag showing it'd been sealed in a box for over 4 months. No wonder it looked awful. NOT simple returns. Customer service tries to stop returns. Sadly, like most mattress companies, these guys are crooks trying to sell bad stuff knowing many won't return it. Avoid 'em.

Dreamcloud promises delivery in a week. I waited for weeks for the bed to arrive, and when they finally called, the mattress was there but no base. So, I kept waiting. Then, yesterday, the delivery came but it was the wrong order. Dreamcloud didn’t offer any help. I'm already disapointed with the bed and I haven't even got it yet.

Really poor way to run a business. No support at all, and they don't tell the truth. Happy to take your money, but then they just forget about you.
