My experience with this company was absolutely terrible. They completely botched my order, and when I reached out for assistance through their online ticket system, I received no response. I had to call the provided number, and the customer service agent, Jennifer, was unhelpful and dismissive, stating they would address my issue at their convenience. She refused to discuss the matter over the phone and even denied my request to speak with a supervisor, claiming none would be available for 48 hours.
This was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. To make matters worse, Jennifer suggested that I pay again for the photos they had already messed up and offered a mere 50% discount on the original price. It felt like they were trying to scam me into paying for their mistake. They took no responsibility for the error, and it was not my first order with them. I was a loyal repeat customer who was treated extremely poorly.
I have decided never to do business with them again, and I will certainly warn my friends and family to steer clear of this company. Jennifer admitted that they have a backlog of complaints, prioritizing them based on when they were received, and my issue had not yet been addressed. As a consumer, hearing this was deeply unsettling. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs. It's nothing short of a rip-off.
