I took away one star because even though they have warehouses in California and Michigan, everything was sent from the UK (to California) which made delivery slower than I thought. Still, this isn’t really their fault since shipping is slow everywhere now.

Very pleased with the wetsuit I got, it fits nice and seams strong, the site is simple to use and there's plenty to choose from, only gave 4 stars cause the shipping was a little slower then I hoped.

Service was good but product was very disappointin'. Ordered a Women's Mystic Wetsuit per the sizin' chart but the sizin' was way off. The ankles were so tight I could not get them over my feet and I could not even get my arms and shoulders in the suit. The size chart was very misleadin' and now I'm out $11 for return shippin'.

2024 Palm Zenith Whitewater Short Sleeve Kayak Jacket. Seam splet on neck secnd day of paddling. Used aqua seal and it’s fixed. I prefer paddling to dealing with warranty. My Palm dry suit has been good. Not very pleased with this item.

Defective Leaking Drysuit

I purchased a Zhik Drysuit that turned out to leak. I contacted WSO after trying it several time and being sure it wasn't something I was doing incorrectly. After a few days Ben asked for photos. I sent photos that clearly showed the leak. He asked for more photos. I sent them. After a week he reluctently told me I could get a store credit or a refund. I asked for the refund and he said for me to send my complete bank numbers and I refused and asked for them to refund the credit card I purchaced the suit with. WSO has now gone dark. I have contacted my credit card company (Citi) and they filed a dispute. I am told by Citi WSO has until May 15 to respond. So I have to wait for 2 months for my credit. I will never purchase another thing from them. They are probably okay to deal with as long as nothing goes wrong.

Very long delivery times

Ordered a wetsuit and it has taken over three weeks to arrive. Still don’t have it. Very poor communication from the company. Wetsuit seems to be coming from the Uk and according to shipping has been on a trip to USA. Be warned this is Not an Australian company even though the website ends in .com.au

Ik bestelde een droogpak en wat neopreen handschoenen. Ik stuurde een e-mail waarin ik vroeg of het droogpak voor een paddel evenement op de rivier zou kunnen aankomen. En het is inderdaad aangekomen, ondanks dat het vrij kort dag was. Iemand bij water sports outlet heeft zijn best gedaan tijdens de kerstvakantie om mijn bestelling snel te verwerken!!! De kwaliteit is goed en de klantenservice is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

De Northcore 20 liter droge tas was in de aanbieding, dus ik besloot hem te kopen. De tas kwam binnen ongeveer een week aan, ondanks dat deze van ver weg kwam, wat ik leuk vond. De tas was goed verpakt en lijkt van goede kwaliteit te zijn.
