Your eyeglasses site is amazing. James is a really calm person. I called him on Saturday and needed some help with my glasses prescription, wasn’t sure how to enter the details. I had everything except the PD. I told him I would call back on Monday after talking to my eye doctor. So I’ve placed an order for 2 pairs. I’m really looking forward to getting my new glasses, can’t wait to receive them. Thank you so much. I'm disabled due to a stroke. It took me a while to get the computer going. James was there all the way, he guided me through the whole thing. I think men are better at being patient than women. If it was me, I would’ve gotten mad after just 1 minute. lol

This is my 10th pair of glasses over the past 5 years. I have been very pleased with all of them, especially the $.10 and $1.00 sale glasses and my coupons! I would like for your future plans to provide a service to do lens replacement on frames that a customer already has since prescriptions change. That would be a wonderful added service to your already wonderful service and frames. I love Vooglam and refer my friends who have ordered also. I don’t think I referred the right way though so I didn’t get referral $$ or coupons.

I realy like the frame choices at Vooglam! I've bought from them before so making a new order is pretty easy. Once I pick my frame, I can choose a prescription from earlier buys. This time my prescription changed so I typed in the new one. Then I chose my lens and added the item to my cart. Watch out for extras—some eyeglass holders were added that I didn't really want. Make sure to look at your order summary before you pay so you don’t get stuff you didn’t plan on.

The glasses are really stylish, but they offer options for all at a great price. I enjoy the progressive lenses since they help me see clearly. Way better than the large chain stores or the doctor's glasses. The frames always suit me well. I have a tiny face and the others are huge. No way... not at Vooglam, they always fit...
