The delivery was great. Prices are very good and the choice of frames is impressive. The glasses and prescription were just right. This is my second pair from Vooglam and I plan to get my third pair next month.

I had a bad first experience and didn't get my glasses, but this time everything went fine and I am so happy.

Ordering from the website was very simple and the frame options were really good. You can upload your photo to see how the glasses might look on you, but remember it’s not exact. Still, it helps to get an idea. The frames I got are a bit wider than in the picture, but I’m happy with them anyway. The only problem was with delivery. I got an email saying my package would come on Monday with a time slot. Then I found out the package was sent back to the depot. When I asked why, they said the driver couldn’t find my address!!! I know this isn’t true because I live on a busy road near a school, so any Sat Nav finds it easily. It’s not a hidden place. They said they would deliver it the next day, and they did without problems. Maybe Vooglam should think about using a different courier or make the one they use be honest about why they couldn’t deliver on Monday 🤔 That’s why I gave a four star review.

I had a better experience than expected

I had a better experience than expected, considering some of the reviews I read, mostly from people who hadn't tried vooglam before. I’ve bought 4 pairs of glasses from them already. My first order came and I wore the glasses, and now I’ve placed a second order. So far, I can say that you get what you pay for. With my first order, I got the blue light blocking lenses (along with my prescription), but not the thinner lenses. The glasses are a nice, unique style, and the frames were affordable. However, they do get dirty quickly, and the lenses feel a bit thick and move around in the frames. But, again, it’s what you pay for, and I appreciate the wide range of styles that let people dress up and express their personality however they like.

My initial order got lost or stolen, which was disappointing. However, my second order arrived, and I'm pleased with it. The glasses are quite attractive.

Bought 5 pairs of glasses with my prescription. Unfortunately, all are oversized, slipping down my nose. Despite using the virtual try-on, only two look decent on me. Displeased with the fit and overall experience.

Received the incorrect order from their sister company, with no response beyond a standard auto-reply. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue by offering to resend the glasses in question, frustration and disappointment prevail. The lack of communication and unresolved mix-up with another customer amplify the negative experience.

I just got my 12th

I just got my 12th pair of glasses from Vooglam, and I'm thrilled. Their designs are fantastic, and I love matching them with my outfits. Over time, my eyesight has worsened, so new glasses are a must. If I had to buy them from an optometrist, I'd never afford this many pairs. Vooglam makes it possible for me to have stylish eyewear without breaking the bank. Big thanks to Vooglam for keeping me looking sharp and trendy without draining my wallet.
