Our firm got a Semrush subscription half a year ago. It's helped us a lot in checking and boosting our client's online presence. The interface is simple, reports are helpful. Semrush keeps checking our client's sites and sends updates via email. Should've got it earlier. Great tool.

The final blow came with a disheartening encounter regarding billing inquiries, resulting in an unfulfilled promise of support and the irreversible loss of years' worth of invaluable data. Regrettably, SEM Rush's focus on the bottom line at the expense of loyal, long-term customers became apparent. My departure is imminent; I urge those valuing both their pockets and customer service to explore alternative solutions.

My experience with this company has been disappointing. The abrupt suspension of my account due to multiple logins from one company was a major inconvenience. The hard block and the demand to purchase additional users at a steep $80 rate for unblocking felt unreasonable. The exorbitant overall pricing adds to the dissatisfaction. A senior account executive's communication did little to alleviate the frustration. Considering these issues, I've decided to switch to another provider for a more reasonable and transparent service.
