I contacted half price packaging last minute for my boxes to be made. I was assigned Marcus for my project. Marcus has been amazing throughout, attention to detail and making sure my product is what I want. I was sent proof each time a change is made and also support in making sure the colour scheme worked. I would recommend this organization. Especially Marcus for his hard work and keeping me in the loop. Thank you Marcus I’m looking forward to my product arriving and will be reviewing it here once it’s here.

Do not use!

I have had the most stressful experience with this company. I was in contact with someone called Charlotte who was quick to reply daily however, when I realised they were in fact unable to assist me with what I required (even though this was made clear from the outset) I requested a refund and now communication is awful. Shock. They confirmed my refund will be processed but I have been waiting over two months now for this and am constantly chasing them up. I should not be having to do this! Someone eventually got back to me to say they are having problems with their bank account and have been unable to process payments. This is very concerning.... I was promised my refund would be processed by Tuesday but I still haven't received it! The customer service is horrendous AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Update: After constantly fighting for a refund and sending a letter before action threatening court proceedings, I finally received my refund. They were on my case daily, bombarding me with calls, messages and emails to take my review down. Out of consideration of causing damage to their business I removed it. They also offered me money off a future order. When I asked more about this I realised they actually increased their price from the initial quote they gave me, which meant it was hardly a saving after all. Absolute joke. This company appears to be legit at first but is completely unprofessional and I regret trusting them with my business needs. It's caused nothing but stress and delays.
