A few weeks ago I bought 2 shirts
A few weeks ago I bought 2 shirts and one of them got cut during shipping. I didn't put insurance on because I thought I didn't need it since the last times all went so smoothly. Well this time it didn't and it wasn't the seller's fault but USPS did the damage. I contacted the company to see if I could get another shirt and I was fully prepared to pay for it. Well, what a surprise I didn't have to pay a penny and the issue was resolve in less then 48 hours and that over the weekend. Now where does that ever happen!!! Even if you have been a costumer for quite sometime this just isn't the case. So thanks to Dana who was fast and right on the ball I got another shirt and it came quicker then predicted. I was totally blown away. This was such a great experience and hassle free. Thanks a million for such a pleasant experience.
