I had some old frames and needed pictures in wierd sizes. I looked online for so long and only found this place that could make them. I did feel unsure cause the rating was just 3.6. But they answered my emails really fast and helped a lot. My picture file was too big for email, so they gave me a link with login and password, and it worked great. It took 10 days from order to get them. The package was done very well and nothing was damaged. I would order here again for sure. My pictures look great. Wish I could show them. Thanks posterburner!

I had to print some posters for a concert and picked PosterBurner more by chance because they had the size I needed. Their prices were fair, but I didn't expect the final posters to look so good — the colors, paper, and print quality were all very nice — and five of the six shipped quickly. One took a bit longer, but when I contacted support, they replied fast and sent the last poster right away. I'm very pleased with the service, and next time I have printing to do, I'll choose them again.

Got pulled in by the “offer” one more time.

Got pulled in by the “offer” one more time. Should have known beter. Just want to leave a note for anyone thinking about this printer. What you see in the preview is what you get. They say it’s not, and maybe that’s true for those 5-star folks, but for me, the preview looked the same as what I got. After spending time making it and waiting, there’s that let down feeling (yes, I already owned the first mess-up). So yeah. If the preview makes you happy, then you’ll be fine.

I paid for FedEx delivery, and the tube arrived damaged, causing marks on my poster due to no padding. I contacted support and got a reply from miguel~ who asked for another email with a photo of the torn poster, which I sent, but got no further updates! I've emailed several times asking for news, but no one responded. I was eager to receive this print, but it’s turned out to be a letdown.

My order never showed up. I contacted them to get my money back or for a new order to be sent, but nothing happend. Stay away from this company!

I've been using Poster Burner

I've been using Poster Burner for a while and gotta say, they never disappoint. I even told my friends and family about them. Just the other day, my Dad got a print of his old baby photo. It showed up pretty messed up, so it wasn't any good. But Miguel from their team jumped in to save the day, sending a fresh copy. Big thanks to Miguel! Poster Burner is where it's at if you need great prints, reasonable prices, and speedy delivery. I'd tell anyone to give them a try. Seriously, they know what they’re doing!

Not cool at all

You know, I got pulled in by another sale. Happens to the best of us, right? Anyway, just a heads-up if you're thinking about this printer. The thumbnail they show? Yeah, that's basically what you get. They say it's not, and maybe for those giving five stars, it's different, but not for me. I was expecting something more after all the excitement and waiting. I even took the blame when it didn't work out the first time, but nope, same thing. If you like how the thumbnail looks, you might be fine. But if you're expecting anything more, well, maybe think twice.

I ordered a poster and was super excited to get it, but when it arrived, the tube was crushed, thanks to FedEx. The poster was damaged, and I was seriously disappointed. I reached out to the company, expecting them to fix it. But get this—they wanted me to pay $13 to return it and another $13 to ship a new one. I mean, why should I pay more for something that was their mistake? I couldn't believe it. It felt like such a scam, and I definitely won't be using them again. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
