SCAM SCAM SCAM! Stay away from this company. I hired them to help create an LLC in Michigan. Later the same day, I saw a surprise charge of $199 for a service I didn't sign up for. I reached out, and the customer service rep said it was his second day on the job and that there was nothing I could do to get back my money. RUN AWAY!

Guys, be careful with State-Filings.com, it’s a total scam! My husband thought he was on a government site, but he was actually on this shady website. We ended up with three charges on our debit card: $508, $180, and $199. Even after we asked for a refund and cancellation the next day, the charges are still pending. We’ve lost nearly $1000 and their customer service is awful. They’re polite until you accuse them of fraud, then they get nasty. There’s very little info about this company or its affiliates, and they haven’t been around long. My husband was misled into thinking it was legit. I hope they do the right thing and refund us. Beware, they’re charging way more than they should. It’s a crime.

Just go to your local probate office or accountant—it’ll save you a ton of money and headaches.
