I just got my first shipment, and it arrived on time with all the required paperwork in place. I've already set up another shipment for delivery. I’m hopeful for more good service. They keep saying they'll fix it the same day, but the packages still aren't in my storage. If you lost them, just tell me and pay up. Don't keep me waiting and contacting you over and over. I've had four packages delivered in total, and none are in my storage yet. Dr. M Z W, I've been using your service since 2017, more than 30 times. I've noticed your service isn't as good as it used to be. Please fix it.
