    I bought a US game from a third party on Amazon

    I bought a US game from a third party on Amazon, shipped by Amazon. A completely empty envelope came from England, with Asendia marked as the sender. Since the scanned envelope was delivered, it's now my job to show that the item was missing. Very annoying.

    You are the worst delivery service I have ever used.

    You are the worst delivery service I have ever used. Plus, the UniUni company that was meant to deliver the package on August 2, 2024, failed to do so, despite saying on their site it was Out for delivery. The service you and UniUni provide is poor and simply shuffles the customer around. It's disgraceful how you handle customer needs. I would never work with this company again. Don't bother replying as I'm already fed up with the lame excuses, since you clearly ignore customer feedback. Four days have gone by since the delivery date! I'm embarrassed by your service.

    eBay picked these experts to deliver my Lenovo laptop. Surprise, the screen was cracked, and when I powered on the laptop, it began making weird sounds. The laptop was totally wrecked. This is the most terrible shipping service I've ever encountered. Can't understand why eBay keeps them as a shipping choice.

    AWFUL tracking company!!!

    AWFUL tracking company!!! I've been waiting for my order since December 16th. Can't reach ANYONE at all. Just got a package from them but it was for a completely different address!!! Had to go and deliver it myself (wasn't even close to the right area). THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN.

    I ordered a package from

    I ordered a package from a company claiming to ship from the US to Europe by airplane, but it’s been a nightmare. According to tracking, my package left Hauppauge, US on December 9, 2024, and still hasn’t arrived in the UK by December 17, 2024. A flight takes 7-8 hours, not days! What’s even more frustrating is that no one answers my emails. The tracking app says “Asendia Spain” now, which makes no sense. I’m convinced they’re using cargo ships, loading containers to the brim before leaving. The delay is ridiculous! It feels like they’re using some ancient ship, rowing across the ocean. It’s the holiday season, sure, but they should be better prepared. Their airplane shipping claim is a total lie!

    Frustrating logistics

    Back in April, I sent a package from the US through MyMallBox, and it ended up with Asendia. They labeled it as "dangerous goods" and tried sending it back. But here's the kicker: the package vanished into thin air. No delivery, no trace, just gone. I even got an email from Asendia admitting they labeled it, but since then, radio silence. MyMallBox and I have been reaching out to Asendia repeatedly, hoping for some answers, but it’s like shouting into the void. The package contained valuable items, and all I want is either the package back or some sort of compensation. It’s frustrating how a logistics company can just shrug off their responsibility like this.

    You won't believe this mess. I ordered a parcel from the US, thinking it would be a straightforward delivery. But no, it took a wild detour to France before heading back to America and then finally landing in the UK. By the time it got here, I was hit with this enormous customs fee, way more than what I paid before on a pricier package. It's frustrating because it's just not what I expected. Ebay should definitely reconsider their shipping partners and stick with USPS for international deliveries. This whole experience was just a headache, and honestly, I’m not looking forward to ordering anything from overseas again anytime soon.

    I don't get why eBay picks these guys to handle deliveries. It's like they just toss packages into the sea, hoping they drift from the States to Europe. So, back on April 3rd, they said my parcel was “Dispatched by Asendia.” Well, here we are, still no sign of it. I'm gearing up to file a “non delivery claim” with eBay, just waiting for the option to pop up. And if you're thinking of reaching out to them, don't waste your time. They never get back to you, not a single response, nothing. It's like shouting into the void.

    What a mess! I had

    What a mess! I had two packages that were supposed to get delivered from the US to Romania. Both times they claimed the package was refused and sent it back. And this was after I specifically talked to the Asendia account manager before they sent the second one. It's been a week now, and Asendia has gone completely silent, no response to my emails. Seriously, just avoid them. It's not worth the hassle.

    I was waiting eagerly for

    I was waiting eagerly for my package, but when I finally got the notification, I found it had been left outside in the snow. Can you believe that? They didn’t even bother to enter the lobby. Naturally, it got stolen. I mean, how hard is it to bring a package inside? This company seriously needs to get their act together. It’s frustrating and disappointing to deal with such careless service.

    I ordered something back in

    I ordered something back in December and still waiting for it. Can't reach anyone at the tracking company, no response at all. Then, out of nowhere, I get a package that’s not even mine. The address on it was completely different, not even close to my street. Had to take it to the right place myself. This company's service is a joke. They seriously need to be shut down.
